McDonald's in Lambeth

Should have touch-order screens. In such a prominent location in a mainline station yet very old fashioned branch, queuing up for ages to give your order manually to the cashier.Also lack of bins and sanitiser (although once in a while a friendly guy comes and takes it).

Me and my cousin gone here twice, chips are very dry and not fresh! Don’t expect fresh food. Very bad service some workers cannot understand you and are very rude - u may need to repeat your order a few times. Sweet and sour sauce tastes off and almost poisonous. Fish fillets are extremely disorganised and dry might I add.

I just had the most bizarre experience ever. I order a mcspicy, and two bites in I realised they put a mcchicken fillet in. I paid almost £5 for it, so I go back in and tell the manager. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, she starts fighting me because I had two bites, saying I had the whole burger. We go on for almost 15'. I ask to make a formal complaint, she writes her name on my ticket and tells me to send an email. I asked for the actual form and her surname, which she wouldn't give — im shocked, totally shocked that this is the way a company the size of McDonalds operates, im not asking for a 1k refund, just for the burger I ordered. The security guards ask what's going on. I explain to them, super nice guys by the way, and one of them offers to pay for the burger himself, agreeing that what just happened to me it's not fair. Only then, the so called manager gives me the actual mcspicy. I wasted 15' minutes arguing when I was right, so she can be sure I'll wasted a few more making a formal complaint with her name on it, what a rude lady.

Has been a while, but need more to drink if I am going to get anything from here again. Burger dry over cooked and cold. What a waste of money.

Nice, quick, easy cheap food, my only complaint is the lack of bins but apparently there is a staff member collecting it up but we didn’t run into them.

Had my first McDonald's breakfast in years. Tastes great but either my muffin has shrunk or they've changed the spec! The worst bit about the whole experience was the staff. How miserable, unprofessional and aggressive in their greetings and chatting, or just mute. All led by the manager or supervisor (the one wearing the off-white shirt) who's setting the standard of gloom!

If you want a quick meal and not bothered about sitting down then this is a branch for you. Food is the same as any other McD. There are no seats / tables. There is no self service boards so you have to line up and order at the till. Service is pretty quick. No bins to put your rubbish in either. This branch can get pretty busy as it's at Waterloo station and also because of the students from nearby Uni going here.

I feel strongly both ways about this branch. They are quick with standard orders, no denying it. But if you ask for anything optional like extra cheese on a cheeseburger they give you a look of deep offence as if you had just announced you enjoy getting physically intimate with farm animals. Then they say it will be a 20 minute wait, as they presumable call the police in response to such a disgusting demand.

My lettuce was on life support, bun a bit stale,Lady thought I said vanilla instead of chocolate milkshake?At least the chips were nice and the milkshake was a good consistency.

This McDonald's is placed at one of the entrances of Waterloo station. It is small and currently due to the pandemic, does not offer dine-in but you can place an order and take away from there. Covid protocol is being followed, all the staff members are wearing a mask and social distancing for the customers is being maintained. Offers very quick service!
