Nando's - Clapham in Lambeth

Such a great bunch of staff. Arrived just before closing and they let us know we'd have to be quick but welcomed us in. Lots of bants. Awesome chicken as usual. Love it when the marinade is cooked in. Cheeky.

We waited forever for the food to come. When it did, the chicken was so dry that it was probably made days ago and kept on the grill. We complained to the waiter. He took the plate, then the manager came and she put the plate back on the table saying it was fine as it is. It wasn't fine. It was yesterday's leftovers.

The staff were very accommodating with our change from dine in to take away. The food was nicely cooked to my taste. All in all I had a fab time at Nandos.

Lovely friendly staff Michaela and another young lady at the door on clapham high street greeted us today excellent service pleasant mannerism considerate to ask if we had any special dietary requirements. They definitely deserve a promotion please ...compliments to the chef too

Ordered 30 minutes ago and I'm still waiting at the table for the food to arrive. Apparently they are too busy with delivery orders. Not sure ignoring your dine in customers is a good policy. Worst Nando's I've ever gone to.

Cosy place to eat. Great food which was hot when it came to our table. Not so keen on ordering on the app but the staff did check regularly on our table.

Visited a week or two ago. Food was Nandos standard although a bit of a wait, there were lots of waiting staff in one spot(new recruits?) who seemed to be looking lost, chatting or dancing, which is great unless it negatively affects service. Some staff treat you like they're doing you a favour and general service seems a bit off.Compared to the many nandos I've been to this one was a slight letdown. Perhaps I visited on the wrong nights.

If I could leave zero I would hav done so. I ordered a meal at around 8:45pm. I waited for over 1 hr to check what was wrong with my order to only be tos that chicke had ran out. There was no urgency to give me an update. Done nothing to compensate. Just refunded my money. Over an hour wasted. Poor representation of Nando’s. poor customer service.

The waitress that looked after us was very pleasant, but the place feels very empty and lacks atmosphere. I love a Nandos, but this isn't my favourite one to visit sadly.

Great service pleasant manager /shift leader which transcends through to his staff. The chicken was a little on the dry side but the service made up for it. I would recommend this branch of Nandos.
