Nando's Streatham in Lambeth

Visited Nandos Streatham for the first time today with my children but I won’t be coming back again.Members of staff were very friendly, we waited for about 10 minutes to be seated, I placed our order using qr code, food was given to us as per order. Unfortunately 2 of the chicken thighs were not cooked properly - meat was pink! Spoke a member of the team who was very apologetic and offered to replace it straight away. Took a little while to cook and I had finished the rest of my food so the member of staff packed in a take away box for me. Got home stated eating and once again the meat was not cooked properly, only 1 piece out of the 4 was eatable. I drove back to Nandos and showed the chicken, again the member of staff was very apologetic and offered to replace the food again, I asked for a refund and this was given to me.I have been to so many Nandos all over London and have never been served uncooked chicken!Gave 3 stars as the staff members were all so friendly but would of only given one otherwise.

Ordered takeaway burgers as self isolating with covid. They wrote ' get well soon' on the containers and added some sauces for free. The burgers were really tasty and the chips were perfect- fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. So glad we chose them for my daughter's birthday.

Food was really tasty and service 5 stars. Arsene made us feel so welcome!We also got a dessert on the house, which was unexpected but very much appreciated!I would definitely recommend Nandos- Streatham!

You wanna get Nando’s delivery, this is my go-to branch. They keep it quick, with generous helping of sauce on my extra-hot chicken and there was also a couple of sauce packets thrown in for free. I have tried a couple of other Nando’s in South London for takeaway but this is the place to go for sure. Much cheaper than anywhere else and you get more of a bang for your buck.So good our family decided to get this place in back to back weeks.Will be back in person and delivery many, MANY times.

Went on a busy Friday, staff were really friendly and polite. Food was cooked well and came out quickly. Left very satisfied :)

Thinking of going Nandos? Do not go to this one. Drive 5 - 10 mins away to the Tooting one. The staff is in this branch have no idea what there doing and are actually rather rude.We waited 25mins for a table for two, when initially told it will be 10 to 15mins. That was a bit annoying but fine. Once we get to order, the server tells me to go back to my seat and order from the tables QR code. We try and fail - the payment doesn't work. We then go to order at the till and are told it will be a 40min wait for food.This is all on a Wed's night at 8:30pm - I have no idea what this place would be like on a Friday or Saturday. Never have I seen so many angry customers - luckily I kept my cool but I have never witnessed so many arguments and angry customers.Love Nandos. Hate Streatham. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.Also these 5 star reviews from everyone seem a little suspicious...

I ordered a takeaway for two at the restaurant. I received before the scheduled time. The staff at the door and cash were warm, courteous and polite. Dom was excellent in terms of ensuring my order was correct and I had cutlery and sauces. Also, the extra touch of wishing me all the best for the New Year. The meal was nice and warm when I arrived at my destination and delicious. Great service and food.

Amazing staff, very pleasant and happy. Service was fantastic and Jaqub definitely deserves a gold medal. His personality alone would keep us coming back, such a great person and committed employee.

Came there with a friend. We was greeted politely. The staff told us it was going to be about 15 minutes wait for a table. We sat down at the front and waited for a table. I don’t think we waited up to 15 minutes before we was seated. I ordered online. It was simple and easy. The staff was nice. Good customer service. I thought to order something different. I ordered sweet potato chips with the sauce. AMAZING!!!! I don’t know why I never thought to order sweet potato chips but I’m glad I did. I also had chicken, garlic bread, corn on a cob and coke. My friend had sunset chicken burger. She enjoyed it. Overall great food, great customer service and great atmosphere. Will be back

Fantastic staff, food arrived very quickly and they checked on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. My Son enjoyed his birthday. Just so you understand we were a party of 14 that just showed up and the staff more than met our expectations. Thank you Nandos Streatham.
