New Golden Wok in Lambeth

Really enjoy the food but it’s a shame they never answer the phone. They didn’t send my egg fried rice and I called several times to get this sorted but had to resort to a refund from JustEat because no one bothered to answer! Disappointing - customer service goes a long way.

I have had two home deliveries and the good standard of the the food has been maintained thought many, many years.

Ordered from New Golden Wok a couple times over the years. It's my local, personally I think it is great. Never had an problems.

I always go here since my local went down hill after the original owners sold the place and moved back home but now the place is closed. Decent prices, good food and my family love the 3 musketeers box! A little far from me but my family only order from here now through just eat! :)

We usually order quite a lot of different items,but recently i am finding that it's going a bit down.Pancake rolls used to be large and filled with different meats and some thick noodles but now some meat and fairly dry.If the item is now smaller the price should reflect this.Ordered chips they were old stale and not the usual great standard.The meats that were ordered where actually stale as stiff and couldn't even chew some of it.I don't know what's going on but I hope they go back to fresh food and not selling left overs with sauce on some.

I go there most Saturdays to buy some food rather than cook to give my self a break. The food is good and the service is excellent. Its a small family run business which is situated next to the local Norwood Theatre.

The food is good from here, especially the sweet and sour chicken. I wouldn't say it's the best Chinese I've had, but unfortunately living in West norwood you don't have much choice as most take away places here are disgusting.

LOVE this place. The delivery is not fast, but it's worth it: the dishes are consistently tasty, very reasonably priced and the portions massive. Best Singapore noodles I've had in London. I often have leftovers for lunch the following day. Highly recommended but order well in advance...

Food took an hour and a half to get here, and a wrong dish was sent which was extremely spicy. Rang back to ask for the correct dish to be sent only to be argued with and told that the dish comes spicy despite it not being stated anywhere on the menu! Continued to be argued with a lied to and was not even issued an apology - will we not be ordering from here again.
