I had the best time in this bar..staff were amazing..in particular ..Reece ..such an asset ..warm ..friendly and extremely helpful…April is another star…I will certainly come back..

·

Not much of an atmosphere. Loud music and sports. If you want to go to a sports bar then this will be a good option. If you want something more, I'd probably go somewhere else

For 15:30 on a Sunday afternoon the drinks available on tap and food available was so limited. Also on of the staff serving in a green mesh top and red contacts (Halloween costume) was so rude. She should not be speaking to customer like the way she did, so unprofessional!!

·

A big sprawling traditional bar. Good friendly staff. Pros: Huge TV screens all over for the delight of sports TV fans. Cons: Huge tvs playing sport everywhere you look.

·

Terrible! I have never met a ruder bunch of staff. We were in the back room watching the sport until we were asked to move back to the main bar area as the staff clearly wanted to clean the room and we were hurried out whilst being shouted at to finish our drinks. It was a horrible atmosphere, especially the lady behind the bar with the dark hair who was very abrupt and unapproachable. Thought it would be good in here but we will definitely not be back, the most unwelcoming pub I have been to in a long time, not worth the money.

Busy bar. Had sausages and mash...very tasty. Great atmosphere. Helpful bar staff when it came to decide what lager/ beer to have.

Before I get to the food itself . . .To access the Wi-Fi is a bit meurgh. So we all have to expect to tick the box saying we agree to T&Cs and that we're over 16/18 whatever. We do often also see a box about marketing, ticking if we agree for our details to be kept on file for marketing purposes. Here however to access the Wi-Fi they're the same box. It's one box for saying:- Yes I'm over 16.- Yes I agree to Ts&CsAND Yes - I agree to my details kept for marketing.Really? In this day and age? Is this really compliant with GDPR? I found this rather distasteful. Surely I should be able to access Wi-Fi without requiring to agree to my details being kept. There was the whole 'Oh you can unsubscribe later' but I'd rather my deets were not filed AT ALL!!! And unsubscribing is always a pain enough anyway. So after that rant, how about the food itself?Well I went for the Ultimate Sharing Platter . . . for one.As you can see from the photo, it looked AMAZING!!!Unfortunately it was as distasteful as the Wi-Fi and tasted of dissapointment. The onion rings were superb. The calamari was chicken wings were nice. The garlic bread was dissapointing. The nachos. I've no idea what the hell you used. Just use doritos!!!! There's a Sainsburys down the road! And the breaded mushrooms. Now these should be my favourite any day. I LOVE MUSHROOMS!!!!! However there was some herb or something used which was overpowering and made them taste really funky and not nice at all. I only had half of them! ME!!! And I didn't stop sooner out of denial going 'No, these are breaded mushrooms, they can't . . . . they can't be like this'1 star for the onion rings and diet pepsi on tap which was very nice and refreshing.
