Papa John's in Lambeth

Really wished that I read the other recent reviews before ordering from here! Thought I would order online and direct, over 2 hours and 15 minutes it took to get the order. Had to call 3 times, on the third time, they didn't answer... they knew my number, so I used another mobile and they answered immediately. When the delivery guy did finally turned up - an item was missing. There's one star (because it is the minimum) and saved because the quality of the pizza is quite good.

Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. Lovely customer service and fast delivery , big up! :D x

tasty and beautifully delivered pizza.... bit pricey but you pay for what you get.. thanks guys for a top pizza.

Poor delivery service, pizzas are stone cold most of the time. The only good service was from a driver that has a blue Skoda fabia quite a young lad. Props for him 20mins early and so we’ll spoken. I feel sorry for him. He must be the only decent person there.

This place doesn’t even answer the phone what kind of unprofessional business is this? So if you don’t get your food and you’ve ordered online there’s no form of tracking no form of even getting in touch with them.

Not sure about the other reviews but customer service was lovely, our pizzas arrived hot and within good time. Not to mention hygiene rating is 5 so it’s a yes from me

Missing items from my order. Told the driver, he said to call the shop. Called 5 times nobody picked up. First it should be the driver's job to fix this mistake, not mine. Second they should pick up their phone.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would.Guys, it has the rating it has because it’s as bad as that. Go to ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE cause at least your food will come hot, on time, with all items included or god forbid with good customer service attached to it. Cause this place has none of that going for it.P.S. your tracker is useless and inaccurate. If it says your pizza has arrived, it hasn’t actually left.

Ordered just after 7pm. As of 10:30, still not arrived and no communication from the restaurant about a delay or cancellation. Tracker said our food was prepared 5 minutes after we ordered. Called many times with no one picking up.If we'd been told we could have arranged other food, but instead we had a stressed and hungry Sunday evening and had to sort other food without knowing if our pizza would turn up. Do not recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service, terrible pizza. Dry, cold, pizzas with little or no tomato sauce. Definitely not like Papa John's in the US. Incredibly slow service and reluctant delivery service that often refuse to actually deliver to your door & instead require you to come out and meet them in some random halfway location. Just. Don't.
