Pizza Express in Lambeth

Royal Festival Hall location. Food good, some staff lovely. Manager was an elderly male and he was rude, spoke over me and leaned over my friends shoulder who was sitting down eating whilst talking to me. He seems confrontational. I tried to explain an issue but he kept speaking over me and it was like he didn’t even want to understand but rather shut me up, which didn’t make sense when I’m explaining something I found to be an issue. He has a passive aggressive attitude. Let’s the place down as I felt the other staff were friendly and smiley.Food did take a long time and restaurant wasn’t that busy when we arrived.

Great service, the staff was so friendly, helpful and kind! The pizza was great, the starters were ok. I will definitely return for the excellent service and the nice atmosphere!

The primary reason I like eating out is cause of the experience and when the staff welcomes you and serves you with immense happiness it just makes your day!I had to catch a film at BFI and to grab something in like 20 mins seems impossible right?But shoutout to Vera at Pizza Express who made it possible.I had garlic dough ballsPassionfruit lemonadeVegan PadanaCaramelised onion in a pizza- well bring it on baby😍😍😍Amazing experience and the seating was so spacious.Not once Vera, said it was impossible and she just brought everything.Very kind enough to pack the leftover too and yeeeeI was in n out in like 20 mins.Will definitely recommend!

Big Pizza Express near the South Bank Centre in London.Can’t fault this place - popped in twice with different sized parties over a long weekend and excellent service both times. Food of a good quality and arrived quickly.Doughballs smaller than average, but still good ;)Good views of the London Eye if you sit near the far windows. Good. Jews of other. Customers if you don’t.

Such a lovely experience and ambience! Seating for 200 people! Busy restaurant (for good reason) so please be patient. Armir was such a busy yet kind, friendly & attentive waiter. His service was great. The food was amazing and me and my friend stayed for over 2 hours on a Wednesday evening! Definitely worth visiting.

Fast service, not crowded for a Monday lunchtime and excellent food. As a bonus, you can use Tesco vouchers converted from Clubcard points to save on food.

We booked in advance and rung in the morning on the day to put the order to make sure that the food is ready when we arriving. (We were expecting 7 hungry children and 5 hungry adults so we couldn't wait for a long time 😉)Whole staff was amazing and very helpful. Food was simple but delicious. We had amazing day.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had eating in a restaurant. The food was amazing, our waiter was the absolute best. He was funny and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone near it. 10/10

Spacious restaurant. The good thing about pizza Express is that they seem to be able to keep their standard across their chain and they take meerkat card and taste card. We were group of 6 and we had the 2 for 1 discount, so the meal cost us about 12pounds each. Their food come pretty fast so there is not much waiting. The server is soso but it is acceptable..
