Pizza Hut in Lambeth

I am leaving this review primarily because I ordered then thought I’d look at the existing reviews which were not even remotely good, which of course got me worried and expecting the worst.However I ordered online and asked for it to be delivered at 1830 (which it was). Food was piping hot and tasted amazing. We couldn’t be happier with it.Thanks again!

Worst place ever! 2hrs for a delivery?! Unacceptable! Couldn't get through to the store to chase the order. The phone just rang and rang. No apologies or updates on the app after placing the order. Will never order from here again! Wish I saw the reviews first.

We have tried ordering from this pizza hut twice, the first time the order never arrived despite saying it had on the web portal. This was 2 weeks ago and we still haven't gotten a refund and have just been passed around to diffferent email accounts. We tried ordering from them again and this time received the wrong order: it was a completely different order and a completely different address. Will not get pizza hut to current address again

Walked in the shop to order, around 4 staff came out the shop and disappeared ... 15 minutes later there is no one to take my order or serve me. Called the number numerous times to see if there is someone on site, nothing!! They just left the shop unnattended for more than 15 mins. After waiting for so long these people came back laughing and didnt bother to ask if i needed something. Went to the back and just laughed at each other without paying attention to any customers. Placed looked dirty and smelled of cigarettes all over. Do not recommend it to anyone!! 🤬🤬

Ordered from here couple times had no problems. Yesterday i ordered 3 large pizzas my order came up to £34.22 my order never arrived but said it was delivered. I called the shop 17 times not once did anyone answer. Contact the customer support online and filled in my dispute for a refund. Have you to wait till they email me back. I called the shop this morning and they was no help all she could say is they don't have there own delivery drivers and i will have to contact the customer services for a refund. Never will i order from here again. Appalling behavior.

If I could give a 0 I would!!!! The pizza arrived full of hair!! We are so shocked and horrified by this horrendous experience!!!

That is the worst pizza hut in London.They never delivery on time, if you cancel your order like I did in the past you won't see your money back, like happens to me last time.Today I order a pizza that should have been delivery at 17.20 and now 18:00 and the pizza still for the last 40 minutes been packed.I called them and I was told to come.and collect myself or cancel the order (meaning: losing my money again because you will never see the refund).If you email the customer services they will give you a pre-made response apologizing.I would give them 0 stars but is not possible.My advice is if you are hungry go to papa jonhs just cross the road because they will delivery before the ETA.My advice is to avoid the place at all costs.

Steer clear of this Pizza Hut. Worst service. Would not recommend ordering from here.After ordering from here twice in the space of a few months the order didn’t show up both times, leaving us waiting for hours. Tried to call multiple times and it was practically impossible to get through to them. When we eventually did, they kept offering vague answers. Seems like the drivers often take deliveries and just never deliver them?? Has happened to us multiple times. Terrible service and a massive waste of time.I requested a refund and they had told me it was put through the same night. The next day I called back and the manager said it wasn’t actually possible for them to do refunds and I had to do it online so they lied for no reason. I tried to ask how I could go about getting a refund and the manager hung up on me in the middle of a conversation.

Abysmal service. Placed an order via online and the couldn't fulfill the order due to not able to find driver. That's understandable but what isn't acceptable is that they didn't update any of this information to the customer and when asking them about it they are asking the customer to email the customer service for a refund. I am not cancelling the order, Hut couldn't deliver the order so they should be able to process refund from the Hut.Wont be ordering online from Pizza Hut again never mind just this branch.

Ordered online and never received my order! The driver called and said I put the wrong address. Called the store and an extremely rude man told me that if I need my food I should go there and collect it and that they can't help me further. What a horrible attitude from pizza hut staff, I would never place another order and I already emailed the Head office for a refund. Stay away from this business!
