Such a beautiful location in the heart of London. Everything is so accessible in the area with the Southbank less than a 10 minute walk away. The hostel itself is very clean and lovely staff available to help when needed !!!! Very recommended can’t wait to come back :)

The accommodation has no care with your customer.I did not attend the reservation because I was with covid. As soon as I tested positive I notified the accommodation and asked for a refund. They didn't even answer me.As long as COVID exists, don't make a reservation!!I had to reschedule other things and had no problem. So make reservations through another hotel, we never know what might happen.

Good place to drink that isn't as packed as others in Waterloo. Friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks. They don't serve food but you can order from outside and eat at The Walrus.

Had an amazing experience. Scarlet was a wonderful bartender with lots of life and charisma. Would recommend10/10

Great hostel for Backpacker. The staff is really fantastic for me - lovely and helpful. The Online check-in also comfortable to do. The room is fine but can be better. They have great kitchen and communal room.

This pub does NOT care about health and safety and FORCES sick workers who have covid to continue working even with symptoms. Fired an employee who didn’t come in due to having covid after forcing her to work with the symptoms. TRASH. place should be sued.

Best hostel in London in terms customer service and facilities. What I liked most is the fully equipped kitchen where backpackers are allowed to cook their meals. Online check-in was a breeze. The receptionist came all the way to the 3rd floor to drop me and even carried one of my bags. Thank you for this.Keep up with the good service.

So so good! Really sad I can’t stay here longer. Everything is super clean and the staff is so nice. They look after your things and would never leave it alone. Highly recommend!

I wish I had not stayed here for four nights. It was miserable for so many reasons. The trains next to the building are extremely loud and run all day and info the night. They stop from 1am-5am. On the weekend you can hear the thumping music from the bar downstairs unitl 1-2am. The whole place was dingy, and filthy compared to ANY other hostel I have stayed in. The place is in a very dodgy part of the city and although there was a code operated door to get in, strangers were trying to break in using another code. They no longer provide breakfast and only one staff on site ( who was very kind and helpful). there is a very small kitchen and absolutely no common area to sit and talk to other travelers. The bed wasn't bad but the decor and rugs were very worn and beer soaked. In the room and bathrooms there is no where to put your things. No hooks or shelves and you have to put stuff on the floor or hold it. It seems as though they have left this place to fall apart as a hostel and keep the bar going downstairs. I would not recommend this place no matter the price, as there are plenty of other nice hostels in London.

Had a lovely experience. It's been revamped since I last visited & the decor is fab and links lovely to the graffiti at the Leak St Tunnel. Cocktails very reasonably priced & well made. Staff were polite and attentive. A bit of a gem.
