I always go for the special fried rice and the salt pepper wings!

Surprised to see so many bad reviews. I personally had a great experience here.I wanted something new for lunch and they had a lunchtime offer for under a fiver.Staff were friendly and quick, food was great and authentic.I would return for a hot lunch 👍🏽

I found 3 strands of hair in my order. When I took it back I was told it was my own hair, the lady had an attitude and wanted me to see the men in the back, showing me they had short hair. I explained to her this could have been from the prep, but in the end, I told them to keep the food. I never got offered a refund, but from the ladies attitude, I knew I wasn't getting one. I'd rather not eat from there again. Do not eat from here, they are not hygienic.

The crispy shredded beef was delicious but the portion size was small for the price. The spring rolls were great but the squid was a little disappointing and floury. I would order the beef again though! A month later I ordered the stuffed crab and it delicious!

Ordered food at 8pm. Was given a delivery time of 9:05-9:40pm. It just keeps moving later and later. Now being told 11pm. Nearly three hours for Chinese food? One of the fastest cuisines to cook? God knows if it will even arrive then. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I'm so sorry to have to write a review like this. Sweet n sour chicken, the chicken is precooked and then battered and fried, problem is they overcooked it during the precook phase so chicken was stringy and tough, salt n pepper spare ribs, were also overcooked, left in the oven far too long to the point we're the meat was cracking and was tougher than jerky completely inedible, the salt n pepper prawns, the prawns inside the batter were fine but it appears they precook the prawns with the batter and then flash fry it to crisp it up however once put into a container the steam causes the twice cooked batter to become almost like the texture of a tough tortilla. I called and although they eventually agreed to replace 2 of the 3 faulty items, it was a struggle, they were not rude in anyway, just stubborn and felt they had to tell me they have been doing this for 10years+ and that the food was exactly how it should be. Which is another way of saying "your wrong" I contacted customer services and got the cost of the ribs refunded as they would only replace the prawns and chicken. Replaced the salt n pepper prawns with ginger and spring onion prawns (delicious) and replaced the sweet n sour chicken with chicken balls and sweet n sour sauce (very little difference in the chicken quality, assume they just used the same chicken) the rest of my meal was fine special fried rice, sweet potato katsu, vegetables in curry sauce, and the best thing I ordered was the crispy shredded beef. Again sorry to have to write a review like this but hopefully it helps the restaurant improve (if they want to) and helps other customers make an informed choice on which restaurant to choose for their Chinese. Delivery was very quick, but I assume that's because A lot of the items were pre cooked. (Sacrificing quality for speed.) *such a shame, ordered from here again today 01/04/20 the situation is the same. It does not appear to be a one off, the chef can not cook. Guess thats what I get for ordering on april fools day.

This has to be the WORST takeaway experience I have ever had. I ordered a vegetarian Singapore fried rice. I wrote 'no egg and vegetarian' in the special requests. I received the rice with chicken, pork and shrimp mixed in. I called the restaurant to correct the issue and was told I was have to bring the food back to the restaurant and pay £2 to have the food cooked again. I proceeded to return the food to the restaurant only to be told that by writing vegetarian, the lady who took the order believed this meant 'no vegetables'. I lost all confidence that they understood the needs and requirements of preparing a vegetarian meal and asked for a refund. I was told I would need to ring hungry house to arrange this. After speaking to a hungry house adviser, I was told that payments made in cash could only be refunded by the restaurant and that hungry house was only the middle man in cash transactions. After 2 hours of going back and forth about the meaning of the word vegetarian and being refused a refund, I saw something that turned my stomach. In the kitchen, I saw the cooks preparing chicken in a tub on the floor NEXT TO a man sweeping the dust from the floor directly onto the chicken. This is the WORST Chinese takeaway I have ever visited. If you enjoy quality food, prepared in a sanitary way, DO NOT VISIT THIS TAKEAWAY. If you are a vegetarian, please STAY AWAY, this restaurant do not understand what vegetarianism means and I am sure they do not prepare vegetarian meal in a meat free environment. Absolutely disgusted!!!!

First experience - very very good. Food was delicious, much better than expected. Ordered udon noodles with mixed meats, king prawn spring rolls, chili prawn ramen, pork balls, crispy seaweed, absolutely no complaints, thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Delivery was prompt, arrived ten minutes before suggested time which was nice, driver was polite and friendly. Food was warm upon arrival too. I will definitely be ordering again.
