Brother Garden in Lewisham

Been using brother garden for many years. Collection is cheaper food is always spot on. Service is great. The portions are good unlike some takeaways. Always money well spent. I would recommend 👌

First time tried this Chinese food was cold. And the BAG THE CHIPS WAS IN WAS ALL RIped like someone has eaten some on way down

What can I say, the food was just amazing and so was the service. All the food I ordered was cooked to perfection and was a good temperature. The portion sizes were really good and were enough to fill me up. Personally I recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

The food was amazing, it was earlier than I expected and the portions were very generous. The driver was very polite and patient, the best I’ve seen so far. The food was phenomenal, I totally found my go to takeaway.

I have been coming to brother garden for some years now they know us very well and the past few times the food has not been of standard. But being that we have gone to them for so long we hoped it might just be a bad few take away and pick back up again.This evening I had family over and ordered some food , we collected so it would come quickly… when I served the food it was stone cold and 0 flavour just lots of chilli and garlic to mask the lack of taste.The salt and pepper chicken was dry and hard and the curry sauce was lumpy and stuck together I held the pot upside down to pour and it landed on my plate in a delayed lump.When I rang brother garden to tell them how upset and embarrassed I was she told me she had cooked it fresh and basically called me a liar.She then told me she would only refund me based on what had been eaten but nobody touched there food so I had to put it all back in containers and prove that we hadn’t eaten it and she went through the food with a fork saying ‘ this has been eaten’ even though every container was full with the exact amount of food that had arrived. I sadly used to love it here but now will never eat here again and the customer service this evening I couldn’t believe it. I’m not a moany person and have never wrote a review in my life but I don’t want anybody to waste there money and save yourself the embarrassment.
