Cool Breeze in Lewisham

Got food poisoning after eating curry goat with rice and peas and festival. It was unbelievably traumatic. Fix up.

I fail to understand why I ordered:Ital stew mealFish teaStew chicken mealAnd ALL where full of scotch bonnet pepper.Not every cook is a chef.My granny told me 'Only people who aren't confident in their cooking add a whole heap ah pepper to it'.My level of spice is tolerable but my mouth was on fire...... literally!!! I just about managed to eat the rice by itself. And to how the food was spicy, there was no flavours but spice.Please change the chef ASAP or shut it down!!! What a shame and embarrassment smh. Not going back there again. Upset my soul.

I am extremely disappointed!I made an order at 7 pm and I'm still waiting for that order! Needless to say, I tried to call and no one answered. What's worse is that the lady on the phone quoted me gave me a time estimate but failed to contact me to let me know there was a problem!This is my local Caribbean takeaway and I am usually happy with their food. This is actually the second time I have had an experience like this. And it will be the last.Word of advice, work on your customer service!

Ordered on the phone for delivery and I have never recieved my order.It would of been quicker to grow my own Rice, Peas and raise a chicken!Lacking integrity0 STARS!!!

Bit slow. Food is nice but sometimes takes up to an hour for your food to come out. I would suggest more staff to speed things up in there.

Placed an order on the phone at 4pm and asked for delivery at 5pm. The food came at 6pm.Was shocked when I saw the food as it did it look good at all. The fried chicken had a weird smell and was hard, definitely not cooked that day I even believe it was gone off due to the smell, Tye piece of chicken I received also looked like it didn’t get a thorough clean too. The jerk chicken didn’t resemble “jerk” and didn’t taste nice at all and again not fresh. The white rice was okay along with the steam vegetable.Waste of money and I’m still hungry as I can’t eat it.

Good food but you need to pattern your deliveries as I’m writing this my food ain’t even came yet in the space of an hour an a half nearly 2

Yo, 'we-nah have-dat!' Is NOT a phrase you will hear from this wonderful establishment. This may very well be my favourite 'yard-shop' due to its wonderfully sized menu, their spectacular service & their speciality (their homemade selection)😋(bucket list type food & drink) maybe you should try to pre-order a 'lunchtime special' and go check it out yourself. It does get very busy though but that's all part of the glorious 'black experience.' Enjoy!

Quality of food good, but 2nd time now, sealed order was not as requested.
