So i tried to order on just eat as i have eaten from them before and it was nice. I ordered they accepted then cancelled my order after 10mins. I tried to call so i could ask why but no answer wasted my time.

I used to order food frequently from Happy Inn however, I moved out of the borough and have not been there for years. I decided to drive down there by means of treating myself. I went to the counter and placed my order with the older lady out of the two that were there. After placing my order she repeated it back to me...from that point I felt confident that I would receive exactly what had been relayed back. When I eventually reached home after such a long journey, I noticed that my order was wrong. I then called them to explain and the woman who served me began to scream at me on the phone saying that I should not come back and that "we are all the same". Not quite sure what she meant by that but unfortunately, what I was expecting was to be listened to and for the lady to respond in a professional and calm tone. I was literally in tears as I have never experienced such rudeness. She then hung up the phone and felt deprived from voicing my issue. I did try calling back but sadly after two attempts they kept terminating my calls. Appalling customer service and I shall not be recommending them.

I am disgusted with the quality of service offered by this food establishment. I'd rather walk over hot coal than place an order.Anyway I prefer Sushi. I also choose to spend my money with businesses that care about providing a good quality service. What these ingreates forget is that the UK is littered with dozens of chinese restaurants.

Food is nice but the phone line is always engaged!! Good luck trying to get a delivery with this place!

We used to walk past wondering why there was always so many people waiting to pick up their food when the other food establishments on New cross road were practically empty. We now know it’s because the food is nice esp for a takeaway. The prices are great if you order directly from the store (just eat, Uber etc will charge you almost £2 on top of everything you order) and they have their own delivery drivers. My only issue is if you call at busy times (Friday night) the lady will ask if you can call back in a few hours to order which isn’t great but not a problem if it’s isn’t Friday.

The food is nice but the staff are vindictive. Last time I ordered there was a mistake with my food when I called them they did not take responsibility so I had to either go without food or re-order. Considering I have ordered from here a number of times in the past I felt there should have been some form of good will gesture about this error.Instead the next time I ordered there was and excessive and spiteful amount of chilli's in my food and I usually ask for not too much spice. It was hidden below my prawns and I only had about 5 prawns total.I'm not sure i will be ordering from here again this is very disappointing to experience as a customer of almost 3 years!

Food is very nice ! it's very busy and the waiting time can be around 20-25 minutes but it is worth the wait ! I've tried from their prawns, their beef and their chicken dishes and they're all lovely !
