As always a great dessert place and this branch is open late till 3am and you can even order your desserts to your door.

Nice place to grab a later night dessert to satisfy and sugar craving. The brownies in the Chocolate fudge brownie sundae were moist and yummy. The mocha and cappuccino were good. Staff and manager were friendly and helpful.

Very slow service. Popped in for a coffee and dessert.It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks.I sympathise if they are busy and always happy to wait, I had to ask for our drinks and was told they have loads of delivery orders.So does that mean if you go into the shop your forgotten.Maybe the staff should just let us know when you are placing your order that it might take a few minutes longer than normal.The deserts are lovely. Well done. 🙂

The manager was very helpful and friendly, he made sure to welcome us and gave us good seats. The food is always amazingly!!

Waited 45 min for 3 scops of icecream and 1 crape, manager walking around drinking something instead of helping those 2 staff behind, not busy but 2 tables before me toke 45 min, the crape was so bad like eating cardboard, never again! Waist of money and time!

The crepe I always get is very good but for some reason they never add any cutlery or napkins for take away. How am I supposed to eat the ice cream? Just lick it out of the box? I just don't understand how hard it is to add a fork and a napkin is all. Also the crêpe is drenched in chocolate as well. I believe every sane human would require a fork to eat it.

Often they run out of ingredients, and they sel the product with the same price but missing the main ingredients. This is absolutely unfair, as on their menu they don't mention that for instance the Bubble Tea comes today without the bubbles because the shope today don't have the bubbles, and they sel it without the bubbles but same price. Other issues that I often front in the Lewisham shop, is that if you buy anything they always forget to put or the cream, or the ice cream and so on. The price is very expensive compared with other shops and quality, the quality unfortunately is not good (toilet always very dirty, there are flies around the tables when you eating inside). I was very disappointed as this shop is the closest to my home, and I was asspecting to go to a clean place to sit in, and get what I payed, and not with half ingredients. Im really disappointed, and I really don't like to put 1 star reviews but this last time when I was there and saw the toilet again so so discusting and the workers using that and after doing the desserts I just couldn't resist.

Lewisham branch order! What a waste of money. Ordered crepe first time. Was rubbery, and milkshake was a joke of a size for the price, and comes in a cheap flimsy plastic cup that they scribble on!!! When I order a milkshake from a dessert place, I expect it to look like a £5+ milkshake, not something from a cheap corner cafe! Then placed second order yesterday. Ordered crepe again. Same again. Rubbery and chewy! Ordered brownies too which were small, dry and bland. My husband enjoyed his waffle and milkshake. But we won't be ordering from here again! Don't see the point of ordering substandard desserts at premium prices, when shop bought ones/home made tastes ten times better, for a fraction of the price! Don't be fooled by the pictures. Taste nothing like it looks! Crepe is so rubbery, the strawberries end up wet from all the chocolate sauce and slide around! Try cutting into it. Really like cutting into wet plastic!

Nice place, we were seated quite quickly on a busy Saturday evening (3 adults and 5 children) we ordered a bit of everything, and all of it was delicious. I highly recommend the ice creams and sorbets. They also have a selection of gluten free ice creams, but you wouldn't know, they taste as good as the other flavours.
