Levante Pide Restaurant in Lewisham

Casual atmosphere with friendly service and great food! This restaurant was a recommendation from a Turkish colleague and worth it.

I ordered a takeaway. Not only was it 10 minutes early but it was extremely generous, very tasty and everything was beautifully cooked, even the pita bread. The best meal I've had in a long time, a real treat and it will last me for 3 meals.

Their pide or "Turkish pizza" is a must try.

Love this place. Their lahmacun is unbeatable. Their salads are always incredibly fresh. However, when it comes to kebab, it's kind of hit and miss as I've noticed the chef changed quite a few times. The food was still delicious, but sometimes better than other times. Anyhow, can't wait to dine here again!

Usually I have a good experience with this restaurant but recently I ordered a levante special for 4 and was missing the kebab they gave us extra wings but we’re not to fond of them. We wasn’t happy about it but the food was good so we decided to call them up in the morning asking we wasn’t told about we wasn’t going to get any kebab, the manager was polite and explained the situation, but in my head I was thinking they could’ve told us that when we placed our order, we would not of placed an order if we’re told there wasn’t gonna be a kebab. The manager said they would sort us out an extra kebab next time we order. Fast forward to today we state in our order that we was told we’d be given an extra kebab, they deny that there was anything missing from our order and tell us the owner isn’t here and they can’t give us the kebab we was promised. I held off on writing a bad review because I genuinely like this place but the customer service is terrible.

It took 2 hours to deliver, when I ordered at 17.50 it said 45 to 60 min but it arrived just before 20.00. We had very hungry and unhappy kids. I phoned twice and was lied to saying driver on the way, but it wasn't. If you had been honest I would have fed the kids something. Really unhappy. Didn't even get an apology! Food was just OK, salad felt old, chips cold, bread over cooked. Lamb chops chewy and chicken wings bland. You used to be so much better, I'm so disappointed, unlikely to order again. You have lost a regular customer. No apology just lies, shame on you!

First timing eating in here in a long time. Food is excellent and they serve bulgar wheat here which I live and prefer over rice. Healthy portions served and worth the price. One of the best Turkish restaurants in South London.

Great food every time we’ve visited - As I live around the corner they come and bring food ordered free of charge. Can’t fault them- tasty food and great customer service

Food is very good. Staff has a strange way of communicating, I really couldn't find out if there was a problem preventing them from paying proper attention to the communication with us, or they were just lacking basic communication skills. That alone puts their customer service skills at a really low level, but I have seen worse.
