McDonald's in Lewisham

A new place to eat or order out and the fact you can walk in there late at night made it more interesting for me.

So far it's the worst McDonald's I ever visited. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to get it cold in the end and half decanted into the bag. Staff was falling asleep on their feet and were giving rude replies to customers' enquiries.

Shocking how long u have to wait now for fast food, didn't seem to mater what time of the day I went in. 20 to 35 mins to get in and out. Food wasn't always all warm as having to wait on certain things. No sure I'll use this venue again.

More methadone clinic than fast food finest. Very edgy vibe, a bit zombie apocalypse. Would go back.

Service is always ridiculous slow as they seem to prioritise delivery orders over customers in store. Not one of the 10 delivery orders in the attached pic (not even being kept warm) was picked up in the 20 minutes I waited for a single burger which was cold by the time I got it. I witnessed numerous complaints about wait times and cold food.Staff are rude and mangers seem equally incompetent...

Total shambles, waited 30 mins and then got handed a bag of cold food after I asked where my order was. Got a refund without any kind of apology, if they weren't so busy with delivery orders, they might be able to serve customers in the store properly. Won't be going back. Ever.

Strange to discover that this MacDonalds branch does not allow eating in at 8.30pm on a Sunday night. Very disappointed. I worked for this company back in the eighties when burgers were cooked on large grills when the meat tasted moist and succulent.The local Burgerking was our only hope and they did not disappoint.Strange they seemed busier that night, must of been all those disgruntled MacDonald customers moving over to the other side!!

Me and my friends wanted to go to mc Donald's and we ordered but orders that was already got was still on the please collect box I had to wait at least an hour and a half just for my cheese burger and mc flurry. They told me I had to wait ANOTHER 10 WHOLE MINUTES Even tho my food was RIGHT THERE in the back. The man kept ignoring me and my friend while we was asking them to give us our food to the point where more people came to the counter to complain about there food being late. The man kept telling us to wait 10 Minutes. Personally I think that man should be fired he knew what he was doing.

First time of me using McDonald's in Lewisham to find the upstairs toilets locked and they only had the disabled toilet open down stairs which held a que of 4 people, my daughter suffers badly with bladder problems and can't hold her toilet to be told by a member of staff that she would have to wait as they wouldn't open the barrier for her to use upstairs toilets...Also found it bad that I asked for a cup of hot water to make my youngest child's bottle to be told that can't give me hot water in a cup and for me to buy a cup of tea with out the tea bag, then another member of staff asked me to hand over my baby bottle and they will fill it with cold water and put it in the microwave to warm it up. I found it quite disappointing and bad and will not be returning

Obviously understaffed and under delivery pressure. Service was very slow. Food wasn't hot and ice cream was melted. The staff were nice though despite everything. 8.30pm Tuesday.
