Went there with all the family mum's birthday

This restaurant is ridiculous. It has a sign put up telling it closes at 11pm and doesn't let customers to sit down and eat at 9:45pm. They say that this is due to covid restrictions in place. Apprantely, it is mid-march 2022. Please, change your availability signage . This is frustrating ,disappointing and misleading.

Very warm staff! However the chicken I got is nothing like the Nandos chicken I get from Grays or Cardiff whenever I'm there... Nondos Lewisham is not Nandos. Not going back there.

Ishola is carrying this place! He met us with a smile, helped us get the attention of a server to seat us, let us know we can order online with the barcode, he checked in with us when our food took too long. He just went above and beyond his usual duties and the only one who made us feel attended to. Not just for us but for others as well. if it wasn't for him, this wouldn't be a five star star review and I wouldn't come back to this branch!

I went today to take a takeaway the manager lady was rude first of all…I ordered food it was burned I didn’t even ask for burn the food wasn’t good at all I am regular customer in Nando’s I know how it’s test my children they love machopeas o order machopeas they didn’t give me machopeas and the chips wasn’t fresh at all chips was so cold looks like they gave me old chips thank you very much for this

I Order a whole chicken take away …..go back home and find out that they give me 3 breast and one leg plus not grilled ! I guess the chef was too busy with 2 guest in the restaurant ! If you can’t follow the Nando’s standard just change the name of the place !I ed t back today after 4 months of my bad experience and I ordered the same whole chicken but I spoke with the Menager this time and he told me he will make sure to extra grilled my chicken !WORST THAN THE PREVIEWS TIME!!

I got the wrong order and I politely said so to a member of staff. Her attitude and manner towards me was shocking and she was questioning me like I was bothering her. There was no apology and her manner was aggressive. The burger was almost cold. Then I saw someone doing their hair around the food! There was one waitress there who was a model of good service but other than that is was a disgusting way to treat a customer. AVOID!

Really like it here. It's nicely laid out, clean and staff are friendly. There's a large area up a few steps that can be used for large groups or a small party.I tried a few new things on the menu which was really nice. However, as always, I feel that nandos is a bit expensive for what it is, but I've got to admit that the chicken is nice.

Nando’s takeaway sounds dreadful, but Lewisham Branch did an amazing job! Nando’s have forgotten a few things on takeaway, it always a pain. But this time around, no problem, whole chicken 4 sides & chicken thighs and 2 sides perfect seasoning to my evening. Remembered all my sauces request. Thanks!!
