Milano Kebab And Pizza House in Lewisham

Since the family love kebabs we tried Milano all I can say is wow, I don't eat meat however my lot do and they have said its so delicious. The chips have a unique flavour that we can't put our finger on but they are so tasty you don't even need salt and vinegar!! Game changer. Have had delivered and collected in person and have always had hot delicious food. Recommended and not affiliated with this business, this review is my own and that of my family.

Used to love Milano Kebab- but received my order tonight and the meat from the meat and chips smells like BO.I don't know if theres any new spices/ingredients added but it doesn't taste the same. Unfortunately leaving me unable to eat the meat. ☹️

Most unfortunate that I ordered their Special mixed meal Friday 11th December after waiting 80min for our meal when it arrived the driver looked ill. The food was deplorable, inedible, burnt and tasted rancid. I was so most disappointed that we took pictures. The following day I spoke with the manager who refuted my claims. Asking why I didn't report my complaint lastnight. He questioned my integrity so Saturday morning I returned the food which left him infuriated. He could not refute the facts. Saturday morning i was ill as a result of what little we consumed. We both vomited and unfortunately was on the lavatory at 5am. I will be reporting this establishment to the proper authorities requesting the staff be tested and kitchen inspected.

Never had a bad kebab, always well cooked and never too greasy..i last ordered a combination kebab and ordered 2 of the same kebabs by mistake and they called me to check. Together with the service and quality of food easily 5 stars 👍

Terrible food, they forgot my chips and waiting one hour and half! Food wasn’t nice! I ordered chicken meat, they bring me chicken kebab! Chips was hard to eat, like old oiled. Next morning my husband complained with belly pain. Never I’ll buy from them again.

Amazing food would definitely recommend to anyone amazing staff get the orders spot on and the delivery lady really nice...

Food used to be great here but last two orders I've had were very disappointing, Meat was swimming in grease and very poor quality.

We had been using this particular food establishment for years but have lately noticed that the portions are becoming smaller and smaller and definitely not worth the money. They have obviously changed the recipe of the chilli sauce too as it just tastes like gravy.Will definitely be looking for another kebab supplier.

Unfortunately my usual place was closed so thought I'd try, worst mistake it arrived but was horrid, Lamb was extremley chewy and outside was burnt and the chicken was like nothing I've tasted before, had garlic sauce which didn't even taste like it, I had high hope after some of the reviews guess I was unlucky. Won't be ordering again and was a complete waste of money, although my dog was quite pleased!

Delivered us an incorrect order, offered a refund or the right food sent out. We chose the right food because I'm starving and honestly all I wanted was a treat. After another hour of waiting, we phoned them back to be told it wasn't their problem and we wouldn't be getting our food and then they hung up on us. Absolutely disgusting and the food we did receive was below mediocre. Avoid this place as they literally do not care about the customer at all and I am now out of pocket and don't have my food. VILE.
