New Winner in Lewisham

I placed an order and requested no onions when I received order raw onions were all over init I called up and made a complaint a very rude lady came on the phone and tried to argue with me she was very rude disgusting attitude and iam a regular customer I will never order from this place again

FYI Cash only!Ordered crispy noodles and mix meat it came pretty fast, the majority of the meat was nice and soft but the pork was chewy and rubbery and the sauce was lacking abit of flavour.Not the best but not the worse I've ever had

This is by far the best Chinese take away i've had in South East London. The food is always hot and fresh if i get it delivered (usually via just eat) its always quick when i go to collect. i eat here weekly, Friday night routine is dinner from here and mostly go and collect. The couple that run it are so nice and friendly and i always feel welcome. My favourite for a lunch time meal is smoked shredded chicken. Most recent order of veggie duck, peking ribs, salt and pepper prawns and chips and kung po chicken last Friday was so fresh and tasty - always good quality and balance of meat and veggies, i dont always eat meat and find it a good place for veggie options. my only complaint is i wish i could have this food in a sit down restaurant as its amazing. Simply put, the best Chinese takeaway in Lewisham. Really tasty food, great portions, on time. 11/10.

Great little Chinese takeaway. Consistently excellent food week after week. I wish I could go here more often. And the staff are always really really nice.

The area is lacking for decent Chinese takeaway, suffering from the standard cut-and-paste menus and bad quality. Fortunately, New Winner is here and does a great selection of all the classics with it's own flare. Really tasty, and we didn't feel like we'd just chugged a litre of cooking oil!

I'm not one to write a review but this restaurant had awful customer service. I wanted to cancel the order and they had the cheek to tell me they couldn't cancel the order even though I asked to cancel a few minutes after my purchase. There was no reason they couldn't cancel it.They just chose not to so they could take my money. Appalling and embarrassing.

I’m not the type to write reviews. But New winner is one of the best out there. Their food is exceptionally good. It’s fresh and just overall tasty. I love their customer service on the phone and the delivery drop off people are lovely. The food is well packaged. Always hot upon arrival. Personally the best Chinese in Lewisham.

Amazing food! Our favourite dishes are the char sui buns, sweet and sour prawn balls and the special chow mein with udon noodles. Their menu is wonderful; you can choose different types of noodles and flavours of rice for most dishes, which makes the great dishes even better! In addition, the customer service is outstanding. My husband and I have nut/peanut allergies and they're always patient with us over the phone answering any questions we have. Also, they ALWAYS answer the phone when we call....which I can't say about most places.

The food took over 3 hours to arrive and was stone cold when it did eventually turn up. The food was average at best. I'd recommend avoiding this restaurant.Addendum - Felt ill for about 20 hours afterwards too.
