Perfecto Fish Bar in Lewisham

Had fish and chips. Fish was a bit soggy, gluey and too strong fish smelling. The fillet was too thick and it didn't have a good crust to it. The chips were alright. Nothing to write home about tbh.

For over a decade , "The" "fish&chips shop we use. Excellent service, adequate prices, allways fresh food.

I've been going here on and off for the past 12 years and I find the food here very hit or miss. I find a lot of times with the sausage in batter that the batter is hard and brittle rather than being soft and tasty and sometimes the chips are hard and oily.

Been going here since I was little and that was over 20 years ago! Still great staff, good food at good prices. Can't fault it

Been coming here since 1977 when it was just a fish n chip bar, now I get a chicken and chips in a box with a can of Miranda orange, for just two pounds 💷 and it’s always fresh and delicious

Great team, part of the community. Fish n chips style fries, lamb Doner with high grade chilli sauce is why I keep going back.

Best fish & chips in the Deptford/ Greenwich area - as reccomended by someone who has lived here for many years. In my experience always crisp and freshly made. Far better quality and more reasonably priced than in Greenwich, and without the pretension of false accolades conferred by tourists.
