Pizza Hut in Lewisham

Ordered a pizza, it came in a decent time but dough did not taste fresh , phoned up and was replaced with a piping hot fresh one, great service, can’t complain

1 women (worker) doing all the work 8-10 blokes more worried about laughing and sitting a round. Unprofessional with no uniform . pizzas are waste of money rock hard. supermarket pizzas.Check the cctv.. head office.

They Unashamedly admitted that they have to get the phone orders out before the walk-in orders & they told me it would be 10-15 x Minutes & it ended up being twenty minutes when it's them iwas late but NO sorrys given

They deliver pizza once it’s frozen , delivery turnaround time is worst

Often take more than an hour to deliver pizza (with missing side or drink) and because of that delay the pizza comes out cold and as hard as a rock. But once in a while when they do get their timing right the pizza comes out really well.

Ordered x3 choc chip cookie dough ice creams. Received different cookie dough desserts. Called and was offered a replacement. After multiple phone calls, staff hanging up on me and 3 hours after our initial order we were offered a delivery the next morning. On asking for a refund we were told to contact customer services...for which there is no number. Would not offer any stars if I could.

I’ll be honest they offer good deals such as £25 for 2 large pizzas 2 sides drink and desert. I usually order for my kids and the pizzas at first came a bit too over seasoned. The previous two times were much better, but the latest one I ordered one of them came soggy, tracking didn’t work and the person who answered the phone refused to give his name despite claiming to be the manager and gave me a customer service number which is not operating due to covid. He then didn’t really help the issues I had and actually did not really believe me which was rude.Nonetheless I emailed and complained and they contacted me 2 days after offering a compensation voucher. So that’s better. 3 stars overall

Delicious pizza, prompt delivery time and great service from staff members in store, to the delivery men.I've ordered from this Hut a couple times and have never been disappointed, from pick up to delivery. They have a variety of offers online to meet your needs whether it be date night in or a gathering of 6 in the garden :))The new Nacho Cheese stuffed crust might not be my favourite kind of crust but at least it is nice to have new options, like the KFC popcorn chicken.

Ordered from here after a bad experience from a local independent. So glad I did. Usual perfect cheesy deep base pizza. Great offers on site. Auto saved me money. This was cheaper than the previously mentioned pizza and we got more for our money.Delivery was quick, the guy was just a bit 'dim'. For example he called me after delivery to deliver another pizza, he had the wrong number. This was after calling me twice to deliver my pizza which resulted in my partner going to collect it from him, no other delivery drivers seem to have an issue.

The staff at this pizza hut are the most incompetent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a pizza from them and when it arrived it was the wrong order, I then called up to request a replacement. It took about 15 mins to convince the person I was speaking to that they had filled the order, and that the pizza I had sat in front on me was not in fact imaginary.When the guy eventually found the order I had placed he agreed to send out the right order. After waiting an hour, still no pizza. I then called the restaurant again and was told by a different woman that the order was out for delivery.After another half an hour the pizza still hadn't arrived so I once again had to phone the restaurant. I explained the situation to yet another member of staff and was left on hold without warning, when someone eventually came back on the line it was the original person I had dealt with who told me that they actually hadn't sent a replacement pizza and that I had been waiting for nothing. In the end he refused to help me and was extremely rude. Honestly, I have no idea how any of these people managed to get past the interview - the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
