When is tapas not tapas?Food was, with one exception, excellent - cooked with real attention to detail and very tasty. The exception was bizarrely a roast potato dish which was two halves of a tough old potato served cold.Atmosphere was good, although you have picture window views of the worst traffic junction in South East London.Our main gripe is how their original tapas concept has evolved. The menu is divided pricewise into starters and mains, with the main dishes touching £20, yet we were told dishes arrive when the kitchen has cooked them in traditional tapas style, and were advised to pick two small dishes and two large. We followed the advice and ordered two starters and two mains, plus bread and the roast spud.The starters arrived more or less together, were delicious and we enjoyed them thoroughly. Tonight there was only one vegetarian main, which turned up on it's own, and as my dinner partner doesn't eat meat had to eat her large 'main' whilst I watched. We then swapped when my main arrived after hers was eaten.Seems to me you either have lots of small dishes and accept that they arrive as and when, or go for a meal where mains arrive together after starters. And the food should be served hot.

Happen to drive past this everyday on the way to work, looks rather unique from the outside and had come to have a try. Great service and friendly staff. Food was alright in general but the price tag was rather expensive for the portion size. The decorations and surrounding was a nice set up. If you like your unique dishes then this is the place to go 😶‍🌫️

This restaurant is an understated gem. You'd be forgiven for walking right past it. That would be a mistake. The service is warm, the food is superb and the ambience is one of an oasis of calm in the midst of the chaos around Lewisham station. Definitely one to go back to, again and again.

Interesting array of dishes, don't expect your usual cuisine here. All tasty and nice experience to share everything like tapas. Pricey but nice place to eat and unique foods

Brilliant lunch here. Portions were big, flavours were bold and service was attentive. For £25 for 3 courses, you really can't ask for more.Will be back for more if they keep that custard tart on the menu

Great food, good service. Rabbit rillett, green risotto and rolled meringue were the highlights. Definately worth a visit.

So tasty! We had the lunch menu and loved it! Green Bean starter, Bavette steak and Jelly dessert 👍

Really lovely little place and well deserved positive reviews. Lovely staff. My only word of caution is that it could be slightly better value for money at dinner. But the lunch set menu is good VFM.

Delicious food! Portions on the smaller size but I Loved everything on the menu. The chicken liver parfait with buttery in house made brioche was to die for. The pear and fennel salad with candied walnuts was my favourite, perhaps because I have a sweet tooth as it was almost like a dessert. The bavette with horseradish pure was gorgeous and cooked medium rare to perfection. The confit duck with figs was gorgeous. So crunchy and yummy. We also ordered a agnolotti with pea and ricotta with burnt butter and sage and it was perfection, so was the tagliatelle with squid ink and clams. Loved the lemony sauce. Servers were very friendly and attentive. What a gem! I’ll definitely be back.
