The Dessert Factory in Lewisham

Awful. We have ordered with delivery. It was the most dry and sad waffle that i ever had. Very dry plus non existing splash of chocolate sauce and three pieces of chocolate. Joke. Pistachio icecream not tasting of pistachio at all. Shake not very well blended as pieces of chcolate are blocking straw. Last order. Never again.

This place is absolutely amazing and the service they provide is exceptional. I tried the Belgian chocolate cookie dough and my friend had chocoblast sundae. Both was very tasty 😋

Lovely customer service and to top it of very tasty desserts. Puts alot for dessert shops to shame and definitely one of the best I have had. Got the lotus elite waffle and could not fault it was nice and fluffy and crispy on the outside and served with ice cream. Will definitely go there again.

I went there with a friend for her birthday the first time and i had to plan a second visit because that red velvet cake did things to my taste buds! I had that and a waffle and i would recommend you try them out next time you are box park in Wembley! they are pretty good!

Plenty of choice on the menu from waffles, crepes, cakes and ice creams. However, the only vegan, or rather eggless dessert are the waffles. I have only tried the waffle with the biscoff.Always made fresh. Portion is a decent size. Member of staff is polite and friendly.Boxpark is open til late, however the desserts factory closes at 9pm. They start closing around 8:30ish so if you leave it too late you may have limited choice to what's available.

Had the best desert in my life so far. Chocodon waffle I had and everything was on point no complaints. Highly Recommend!!

We ordered a Banoffee Waffle and it was amazing! They even gave me a gelato for free! 10/10 would come again!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Desserts Factory last week and to say I was blown away by the amazing and vast selection available would be an understatement! The staff there are incredible, they are so friendly, attentive, happy and provide detailed recommendations if you're unsure of what to buy. I ordered a sundae that was indescribable, so sweet, rich and filling!Safe to say I will be returning very soon!

Fantastic service, delicious desserts and a decent portion of it too! This is THE dessert place to go to if you're at Boxpark Wembley.I only ordered the Chocolate Brownie Sundae but I can't wait to try out more of their desserts!
