Average London pub. Ordered two black coffees and they came in small and large cups with the larger one cheaper! Dog & family friendly. Male toilet seat deteriorated and un-hygienic. Staff friendly enough. No real ale😐

This is a busy pub with fab food from a great kitchen nested in the dining room.Everything was great. Make sure to order cheese. Nice wine selection too.

·

Nice enough place with a decent pint of Guinness. Good outdoor space to catch a few rays of sunshine. Very family oriented.Where it should really do much better is the service. Our food came out pretty much cold. And there was almost as many staff as patrons at the time. Disappointing to say the least. Particularly as it's on the pricey side. If I did go back, I wouldn't be eating.

Had a roast with the family. It was alright, nothing special to be honest. The beef was really nice but the rest of the roast wasn't very nice.We ordered a side of pigs in blankets and extra veg that for some wierd reason, they brought to the table a good 20 mins before the roasts?!I had to ask to send them back to keep warm on the hotplate and by the time the roasts did come, they'd dried up. The beef shin nuggets (£8.50 /nearly £3 each!) Weren't very nice or worth the money.Nice enough staff though and it was busy, but overall, won't be going back for a roast there again.

Worst pub in the area by some distance. The staff are mostly fine and perfectly cordial, but every time I've gone in its just boring people in there eating overpriced food and drinking overpriced flat beer, almost pretending they are having a good time. I've had more laughs at a wake. If you want a decent boozer, there a few nearby. If you want a nice meal, there are some good options nearby also. All things considered, its pretty lame coming here for both of the above, as it ticks neither box. Places like this shouldn't be encouraged. Only giving 2 stars because I feel sorry for the staff.

·

Now a pub/restaurant whereas last time I went was just a pub. Mains are roasts or burgers plus starters/sides. Place was quite full & all seemed to be enjoying their food & companionship, so very friendly atmosphere. Feel sure I will be returning again!

Disappointing Sunday lunch. Given advance on notice on booking that 2 out of the 3 us are gluten intolerant. When meal was served we were told sorry no gluten free gravy. Then when we asked about the yummy Yorkshire puddings on our plate, we got another apology and they were whipped off our plates. Sorry but this is just not good enough especially as we were then charged the full price. But the main issue was the risk of illness had we not questioned the waiting staff about the food on our plates. The food we did eat was very good.
