Very rude. I was chased down the road accused of not paying my bill. I’d paid at the till when I’d purchased my drink/food. When I followed the man back into the cafe showing him my evidence via my bank app £9.35 (for a coffee and sandwich) he almost grunted at me ‘well if you’ve paid that’s fine’… no apology for his mistake .. I was shocked. Won’t be returning.

Thoroughly enjoyed a delicious pannini and loose leaf tea. Great ambiance and top notch service. Would definitely make it my regular if I lived closer!

Nice place. I cracked a joke with a member of staff but it did not go down well. The café is an established part of Forest Hill. Long may it continue.

Highly recommend The Teapot. Warm friendly welcoming service and great food. Best Eggs Benedict and avocado on toast in the area.

Great little cafe and eatery, attentive and efficient staff and surprisingly calm inside despite being located on the ever busy London Road. I can never leave without buying some of that cannoli by the till 😬

Friendly local service and much improved menu. Try the delicious cappuccino with coconut milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Another good option is the Greek salad.Fabulous place for meeting family and friends.

We stepped here for a Coffee and Cake break and it was a very rich and tasty experience. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing. The cakes (coffee & almond 🥧 and red velvet 🍰) were very tasty, so their Cappuccino and Americano ☕. Their staff is friendly and helpful too. Would've definitely given 5 stars if the serving was fast. It could've been lot quicker. However, I recommend The Teapot for you Coffee lovers. Thank you 👍
