You'll be served quicker by a snail on tranquillisers!13:09 I ask for a chicken burger meal.They are moving super slow and would rather stop and talk to each other13:20 I ask is it ready yet as I have a train to catch, they say it's coming (they take a piece of chicken from Heather thing where they keep it, then move it to under the heater where they grilled my bun, presumably to reheat it)13:26 I say forget it, it's taking too long and I don't want to miss my train!It doesn't take OVER 17 minutes to put together a chicken burger meal!PS. Food rating on the door = 4, hygiene on the inside is more a 2PPS. Speed poor, hygiene poor, food potentially poor (I never got it, but reheating chicken that way is NOT good!)I guess I dodged a bullet!

The person I spoke to on the phone when I rung them about my order was very abrupt and rude to me. No customer service skills or peoples skills and I don't think they care either. I won't be ordering from them again.

Order regularly. It say 1.5l of drink . Last 4 orders only 1.25l bottles arrived.

Time wasters. Accepting money and not delivering. Not picking up the phone. And they will tell that they delivered the food 😂 so you will not able to get the refund. What a lame 😂😂

Ribs were just fat, and pizza was cooked on top but pizza dough was raw! Wouldn't feed to a dog, Tried to call and left a voicemail have had no response! Recommend not to order from here.

I was a regular customer. Very disappointed to the last few deliveries. Cold food and late. I contacted them a few times but was given abuse down the phone! The pizzas also have hardly anything on them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there

"Homemade garlic sauce" is just standard packet garlic and herb which was disappointing. Food was okay but cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

Horrible service, called the restaurant to inform them that we only received only chips for one of the meals ordered. Straightaway we were told that we were wrong and lying and we weren't even offered an apology. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to receive incomplete orders and be called a liar.

I've been eating from top hut since they were at their previous shop further down hither green land and love it every time, the pizza is lush here, I've always enjoyed it. At £13.99 for an 18 inch pizza delivered to your door is brilliant. The wings are here are addictive, I always manage to eat a couple of portions with my pizza. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good local pizza shop.

It was around 1 am when I decided to get a fast food takeaway to treat myself and my partner after working 5 days in a row. There is always somewhere open in London, even around 3am. so i looked on just eat and found this place. I decided to call them directly so that they would profit from the order and not have to give just eat commission. I called directly and asked them if they could make my choices into some kind of bundle ( deal ) and he ... basically didn't lol. anyway so I ordered and it arrived literally 15 mins later... which is the fastest I've ever received an order and knew from the start It will have been rushed.Firstly the driver asked for £15.00. The meal was not £15.00 it was £14.46. If he would have said the correct amount without adding on his own tip I would have told him to keep the change anyway or better yet maybe had given him a real tip. I took the food and drink into the dinning room and got everything unpacked.The Ribs were not fully covered and I am not even joking they were the worst lamb ribs I have ever had, they were warm and tasteless and were not very pleasant to eat. The Burger was lazy with a effortless splodge of mayonnaise put on one side. at least that was cooked properly and edible. The garlic bread was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. The baguette was not cut properly, 3 small bits and 1 tiny piece. I try not to eat the skin when I eat fried chicken as the crispy breading and meat is the best bit for me, when removing the batter to reveal the skin I found the most disgusting long curly white hair coming from the skin, made me want to throw up knowing I'd just eaten a couple prior to finding this. Surprisingly the chips were amazing, which is strange as its normally the thing most takeaways get wrong. Funny how the best part was the chips and everything else was pretty much a rushed joke.As disappointed I was I decided to sleep on it and call them back the next day. I asked for the manager and I was told he was not here till later and I was asked what the problem was. I was very polite and honest with the experience and said that I would really just like to be given a complimentary .. anything as a gesture of goodwill and acceptance that they had not done well with this order. I was told my "comments would be passed onto the manager". another 24 hours went by and no call back. I called them back and actually caught the manager and I told him the same thing as I told the last person. He said "what do you expect me to do, its Friday night and I have two delivery drivers and over 20 orders and you want me to send you something free?" Even though this is ridiculous because I am the dissatisfied consumer and he is putting it as If I was something free. When what they are not getting is that I had a genuinely bad meal and they are to blame.The entire time I was nice with them, I was patient and calm. and gave them many opportunity to rectify the terrible rushed order I received, Instead I got excuses, was made to chase and run around in a circle to get somewhere with my complaint and all in all the whole thing was just one of the worst experiences I have had in London with a takeaway.If your reading this Top Hut Hither Green. Don't accept an order if your don't going to do it properly. The night I ordered there were plenty of other places open that would have taken my order and carried it out to at least an average standard. your driver was rude. some of your food was actually sickening and your customer service is appalling. Its even more so annoying that you give them a chance to rectify it and they do what they done at this establishment. If they would just sent us a pizza on the house or something I would have just taken a nice picture of that and posted a review saying "got an order, it was bad, called them to rectify it, and look what we got! amazing!" Instead they done the above. If your reading this, never go here, simple as that.
