Last minute booking that they were able to accommodate especially given the eat out to help out. Lovely food. Polite staff, smiling and friendly whom I got talking to at the end of the night. The managers and I had a chat and we shared a shot of grappa. Discovered that the waitress - Daniel a - was from a town not far from where my mother in law came from in Portugal. Small world! Thanks for the grappa!!!!we will be back!!!!

I've been to this restaurant a LOT of times. Always go for the calzone. Absolutely love it.I remember my dad brought me here for my 13th birthday. It's a very good memory for me.Service is good and everyone is nice. Food is great.I recommend it.

We visited on a Sunday evening and were the only customers there.2 adults and a child the bill came to £87 with service included. We had a starter 3 mains, garlic bread and wine. Cheapest wines in the £20 region. They could do with introducing a carafe or more reasonably priced bottles of house wine like the Gantry and Parlez do. Overall the food was good but a bit on the pricey side.

Went in after seeing great recent reviews. £7 for a rocket salad that was half a pack of rocket, four cherry tomatoes and a bit of cheese. Bread came with the pizza, not at the start. Pizza was sloppy,couldn't pick it up. Service was OK, the waitress asked how everything was but when were almost done. Don't normally bother leaving sub par reviews but the great ones on here need balancing.

We opted for a home delivery, but never again. At £60 for two three course meals we were very disappointed.Food was stone cold, delivered just in plastic bags so not surprising. The portions were what could be expected from a ready meal, with powdered mash, no veg, and gravy that was too thin for purpose.The puddings were tiny with melted ice cream. The soup was nice, but then vegetable soup is hard to wreck anyway.A real let down at an expensive price.

This place had a bad reputation for so long I never went in there. Well once but that was 8 years ago. I'm glad to say that bad reputation can be put to bed. Since taking over a couple of weeks ago by the Hoda family, who also own the very successful Italian restaurant Bella Roma in Lewisham. Expect great things. Work has already started on the huge garden at the back of the restaurant, to grow fresh organic vegetables and herbs, to be used in the kitchen. It's my first of many visits today and the food ias always from this brilliant family s amazing. With an extensive menu of freshly cooked authentic Italian food. Trust me on this one, you won't be disappointed. If Google Maps did ten stars this would get it.

Is not the first time that I try an Italian resturant in England, unfortunately a lot of times the management is not Italian as the name.My girlfriend and I were welcomed to Andrea, the new manager, that showed us the menù and few minutes later we were served.The flavours were fresh and well balanced as proof that the chef really knows how to work, we really enjoyed the dinner.Finally we found exactly what we were looking for: a warm place with friendly staff, and of course, true Italian flavours... We felt at home.I saw some old bad reviews, but I'm sure that Andrea and his staff are going to give you some great moments in this restaurant

Under new management. A huge improvement. Food is now very nice, and made even nicer when you see how reasonable the prices are. Interior is slightly dated but I'm sure will change as new management makes their mark on the place.Great, authentic Italian food at non-london prices. What else is there to say.

Such a strange experience. Uncomfortable atmosphere and the food tasted like low budget frozen packet food. Almost inedible. There seemed to be a real lack of care and quality. If you made good quality fresh food I am sure you would have so many customers?! Make an effort!

The food here is amazing. All the pasta is hand made and you can tell. The portions are extremely generous. The staff are friendly and attentive. Great value for money too. A really lovely little restaurant in the local area, we will certainly be going here often.
