Mashallah such a lovely food place. First time visited today and so pleased with fish and chips, chiken donar. Served by a beautiful girl call Sanam. The fish was perfectly cooked and the chips porshon was huge I couldn't even finish it... The curry sauce could be more better has a sweet taste and less spicy and the chilly sauce is not as other Turkish shop made could be better.. then again no complain with taste and customer service. Love to be back again ❤️.Rafia xx

I drive at least 10 minutes from my home to this fish and chip shop and it’s worth it. Best quality fish, lovely chips and brilliant prices. Wouldn’t swap it for another

I have used this Fish and Chip shop, since 1984. It was always one of the best fish and chip shops, dare I say in the country, so when Mrs Wood retired and the shop changed hands I was concerned it may go down hill. There was absolutely no need for concern. The owners have continued to maintain the excellent quality that I came to expect.Once again my fish and chips tonight were of the highest quality and flavour. Delicious.

This is our go too place for Alfresco Fish & Chips (take your own wine) the kebabs are so fresh and the wraps are enormous. The food is excellent quality and quantity. Staff are super friendly too. Highly recommended 5*

I have eaten Chicken Doner at many many places around the country but I have never ever had a chicken doner as delicious as the one from wood fish bar . If you could give it a score out of 10, I would give it 11/10. Absolutely the best and I urge and recommend all foodies out there to try it fresh and hot.

Woods fish & chip shop bar has been absolutely stellar the last 3 times I have picked food up from there. All the fish is fresh and crisp as it should be, plentiful portions, great value for money and good service from a small business on the high street. Highly recommend.
