Domino's Pizza in Merton

We ordered via phone and money came out of our bank we then waited an hour and decided to call them back they said the order did not go through and instead of saying that they will re order it they said that the money will be back in the bank 3-5 days. We then called back and tried to order again but they said they dont do half and half but when we ordered the first time they did not say that they dont do that.Safe to say that we will not be ordering from here again!

This place is run by clowns and thieves with no concept of customer service. They lie on the app to say your food has been delivered when it’s 2 hours away from actually being delivered. They don’t send you all of your items but still charge you the full amount! Trust me avoid this place like the plague - Papa Johns and Pizza Hut a class above this lot - what a joke!

Placed an order at 19:38 with a predicted delivery of an hour. Finally cancelled it at about 21:25 - as much as I enjoy a good pizza, I don’t need to starve myself that long until I get one.

Can't believe they don't offer gluten free bases, it's a shame they exclude people with food allergies. They should be ashamed of themselves

Can't beat dominos herbs and their tandoori chicken. The garlic and herbs sauce is also beaut. Crust only slightly above average. Not much cheese. Pro tip: ask for them to wash their hands and use a clean cutter to make it halal!

Ordered a pizza at 7pm and just got told it won't be delivered until 9.30pm at the earliest!! So we were told if we want it it's best we go and get it.If we cancel we won't get our money back for 5 days. Appalling service and we will never use them again.

Ordered at 12 10 and it's now 13 45 so an hour and 35 minutes for 1 medium pizza that hasn't even arrived. I was told 13 06 that it will be soon. Terrible organization.and never ordering again. Going back to fire away pizza from now on, they are much more reliable.Just got a call at 13 45 saying the 1 medium pizza will be 10 minutes so 1 hour and 45 minutes for a bloody pizza!

We order dominos every single week and without fail there is ALWAYS something missing from our order when it is being delivered! It is NOT acceptable to miss parts of an order and have to wait again specially when they are charging you for it. PLEASE save your drivers making two unnecessary trips with mistakes that can easily be avoided!

Order arrived after 45 min and looked like It had been dropped, sent it back asking for it to be redone. 45 min later phoned to enquire where my order was. They said it was already on the road. 15 min later it arrived and no surprise it was cold so for a second time I sent it back. 30 min later they redelivered hallalua perfection. Obvious apologies and the excuse of it being busy. Sorry but that not an except able excuse for sloppy service and poor quality control. My next pizza was free so two days later tried again my pizza arrived obviously with a slice missing. I'm a customer of 20 years brand loyalty. I will never use domino's again. Papa John's in Morden received a 5 star in this year's food standards awards and I hear they are really good so I'll be taking my business to them.
