Don't go to this shop as its a Scam and they don't listen to customers orders promptly and I'm taking them to court.

Love the Asian lady who serves me whenever I go. She remembers what I normally get and is fast and efficient. Also very friendly.

Wings tasted so bland and I've already recovered from COVID. Everything was just so mega greasy that the boxes were soaked all the way through the greaseproof paper. Also they don't take cards, cash only.

I usually go quite late at night and I have always had a great experience. Granted the food isnt the best for your health, but it taste great. Yes the flavours on the actual chicken piece could be better, the burger and wraps are great. The BBQ wings are amazing, and the fries and good. These guys always take care of me when I go so I can’t complain.

Usually a good place to eat but it's not the first time they've missed out on some of our order. I ordered earlier tonight and they didnt give us an entire 6 spicy wings meal even though we paid for it. This has happened several times in the past as well.Please get in touch to give us a refund or our food back and i will increase the rating.

Not a good place. Staff extremly rude and ignorant. Chicken and fries very greasy. The patty on the burger had a layer of flour- disgusting. Terrible experience and would not recomend to anyone.

I've never had a problem using this branch or the one in Kingston upon Thames. Food is ready quickly, the shop itself is clean and the staff are friendly. I don't go to chicken shops like these expecting a five star dining experience. I go there for unhealthy food that tastes good. And I've never been dissatisfied with Favourite.
