Firezza Wimbledon in Merton

Disappointing the last couple of times we've ordered delivery - I'm not overly bothered about it being a little cold on arrival as we're a decent enough distance away, but after a couple of slices of tonight's pizza I got a distinct taste of mould (like bread mould 🤢) that has put me right off. I won't bother again.

Their pizzas are DELICIOUS! But the service is atrocious. Always something wrong with the order. Missing items or wrong items. Every single time. Managers couldn’t really give a peanut to care.

We ordered 1 arancini bolognese, 1 10inch tutta bufala and carne pizza, 1 rotolo di fromaggi.Everything was hot and freshly made. The sauce to toppings ratio was balanced. Order was delivered promptly. Price was very reasonable for the good quality and range of food they offer.The arancini could be better if the rice wasn't mushed and the fillings were more savory and juicy.The rotolo di fromaggi was reminiscent of nice doughy cheese garlic bread. Was a pleasant experience overall and will order again.

Don’t waste your time with Firezza - even if you order anything other than a cheese and tomato pizza, it’s highly likely most of your pizza will look like that… poor value and I shan’t be ordering again - I encourage you to spend your hard-earned money elsewhere too!Update: the owner has contacted me to apologise, albeit with a number of excuses (busy chefs, stretched at weekends, etc. etc.). I have accepted the apology but refused replacement pizza on the account of not potentially wanting another ruined meal - I also standby my review, the pizza quality was poor and it appears as if profits are prioritised over quality.

My daughter and her friends had such a lovely and welcoming 5th birthday party at your Wimbledon location. I called a couple of days before to find out if I could bring my daughter and her friends to have something to eat after watching a show at the polka theatre, I was assured that wouldn’t be a problem and I wasn’t disappointed on the day. Pizza was a hit with both adults and children (13 in total) Staff were attentive and very accommodating. Extremely pleased with the service I received. Well done!

Excellent pizzas and excellent service. Ankit was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I was trying to organise enough pizzas for my party last week. He went above and beyond to help me order the right amount and even my Italian friends thought they were delicious! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reasonably priced but high quality food. Thanks for all your help Ankit, I'll definitely be back.

Arrived on time cold and base tasted stale I ordered verde ortolana just bell peppers tomatoes red onions and jalapeños peppers there are no jalapeños peppers in tho pizza so why add them and where was the buffalo cheese. No spinach and the chicken strips where burnt black on one side and they never answer the phone. Don’t buy.

Cold pizza! I understood that it’s a cold night and busy time of the evening. But the pizza turned up an hour later and i have to put it back in the oven to reheat. I’m afraid I can’t help but to give a 2 star. The salad was ok. No wonder why they are offering 40% off. Must improve before they lose everyone for good.

The pizza is really tasty! We order from Firezza in Wimbledon every weekend - the ingredients are fresh and you can personalize the topping of your pizza as you wish! the staff is friendly and you get always special discounts and rewards after ordering a couple of times. Highly recommended!
