Five Guys in Merton

We ordered via the app instead of standing in queue, which was definitely much quicker. The staff are super nice, and extremely friendly. The food was fresh, and tasty. The Wimbledon branch so far has the best service, hands down!

Thought I'd treat myself to a nice burger from the wimbledon restaurant last night only to bite into it and it was red raw. Gave them a phonecall and told them how bad it was cooked only response I was told to bring it back with the receipt and a refund will be given. Not impressed. Never goin back again. Disgusting.

Absolute joke. Please don't order if you suffer from allergies. These people could send you to hospital. No mushrooms please! First order laced with mushrooms. Spoke to restaurant via live chat who will remake it. 30 minutes later and even more mushrooms. If you are too busy don't take the order.

I am a big fan of five guys and have had their burgers from many different locations. Wimbledon was a disappointment there was none of the usual extra fries in the bag just the cup full rather than the cup plus a scoop for the bag. The burger cheese had not melted like most places and the burger was greasy to the extent the bun was soggy. For the money I would have rather gone to McDonald's! I don't mind paying more for a good burger but this branch is not living up to the standards set by other areas.

I had just finished my exam at college and wanted to have a quick bite to eat. I needed the rest room aswell so I ordered a wrapped burger wrapped in lettuce I had loads of stuffs inside like crispy bacon, mushrooms, tomatoe, another patty, cheese, relish, green peppers, tomatoe sauce and bbq sauce too and all this was kept in with the lettuce wrap. Wow. It was super tasty. I also got a cup for bottomless fizzy drinks. Thank goodness I had some serviettes because by the end of the burger it got a little messy but sooo worth it. The place was clean and respectable. The toilets smelt of bleechand looked super clean. Great experience. Thank you 5 guys.

Food was great. Unlimited drink refills. Clean and spacious restaurant. Very friendly and professional staff. Very patient with me eventhough I was mostly distracted with a very important phone call. Kinda felt like I was being an a#&, as I kept raising my index finger. I meant it politely, "a minute please". My apologies to the staff and thank you for a pleasant experience. See you soon.

My husband and I love burgers 🍔 five guys one of our favorite !!! Wimbledon brunch visiting is the first time. Staff are kind and friendly and helpful. Restaurant and toilet was clean!!! Seems like they using very fresh ingredients!!! Potato chips the best! And burger was great!!! We enjoyed time here. And near Morrison car parking space available (need to pay) 😬😬

I came here as I was really craving a milkshake and it was still early on in the evening so it was empty and I was served immediately. I went for an Oreo, salted caramel and bacon bits milkshake with whipped cream and it was very tasty! A good caramel flavour and lots of add ins.

Five guys you get what you pay for quality. A bit pricey but worth it. The food is freshly made taste good. The shakes are to die for excuse the pun delicious. The shop is clean staff are friendly.

I tried Five Guys bacon cheeseburger, lettuce wrap for the first time. A double pattie with ultra crispy bacon and a melted cheese slice.I spiced it up with jalapeño, mayo & dill pickles. It was well presented and arrived at my table quickly and hot. The meal was well-wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves that made an effective container & a pretty good mouthful. Sans bun made it keto-friendly and very tasty. Thanks Guys, all five of you. #lowcarb #keto
