Very nice burger and chips, would recommend. The best thing is that you can go in, sit, and order directly from the app! The only problem is that there is no way to order your drink with no ice, so if that’s your preference, you’ll always need to ask them to drop the ice for you.

Our burgers were great. Drinks were great too and our milkshakes were awesome. The service at this branch was also really good. The only reason I am not awarding 5 stars is because the fries were horrible. They tasted like an M&S pack of crisps. Did not taste like fresh fries unfortunately.

Went on a Saturday night with my young son expecting it to be busy so I made a to-go order. When I got there it was sort of full but with extra space so I wished I’d decided to eat in. Music was cool and low whites very unusual for this neighourhood on a Saturday night. I was staying close by so went back with our meal which we eat at home. Absolutely delicious! Manager and staff were super friendly while we waited a short time (I was a bit early for the pickup). Online reservation was quick and simple. Can’t fault it.

Good ambiance. And they have good vegan and gluten free options. Thoroughly enjoyed.

I don't normally leave bad reviews (read my others) although the GBK has really gone down hill, compared to the current competition in the burger market this place is substandard. The staff are nice, friendly, helpful although the food (burger) is just bad. I looked at my beer, bacon, avocado burger and felt sorry for it. Dry patty, overcooked greasy burnt bacon on a lifeless bun; such a sad sight. It tasted like a microwave hamburger, I will never go here again. It used to be so nice. Goto the numerous other burger places or enjoy a fast.

First let me say that I love GBK and I have been to many GBK restaurants over London and loved them all. That was until I went to this one, the staff that took my order at the register was extremely rude and had a big chip on her shoulder. The food was worse, the burger was dry and burnt which I never experienced before at GBK and the fries was under cooked and hard. This is a shame because the inside is nice just a chief who can't cook and staff with no customer service skills. I will never go to this GBK again and do not recommend it.

Very good burger. I loved it, the cheese on it was delicious. I had the one with blue cheese and a blue cheese cabbage as a side. The cabbage was good, with some cheese bites in it. The food got delivered really fast too. It was quite on the expensive side though.

This place is fantastic. The highlights are easily the beef patties, cheese, fries, and milkshakes. Ordered food and received it in under 5 minutes, and everything was perfect.I can tell that during peak hours this would be busy, but the restaurant was exactly what I as looking for in a burger and shake joint.

Can't deny the burgers are good, plenty of variety and interesting combos. Unless you're eating really close by, don't go for take out. Burgers are juicy and succulent so after a bit of a walk you might find you have a soggy bun.£30+ for 2 burgers, 2 sides of fries and 2 milkshakes (take out) is borderline - the burgers were good but not quite good enough for the price. Will go back for a burger sometime, but have been back for a couple of milkshakes which are worth the price tag (just!).
