The food is nice but not very good, still acceptable. The staff is very helpful, will help you to deal with the BBQ things but a bit rude, when they do the BBQ things they don’t care about the customers and nearly get the sauce on us, and also when they change the grill pan, one of my friend almost get burned by the changed grill pan as because of the staff is really careless. And because of a lots of customers waiting outside, few of the staff keep coming to us and asking for clean up the table, after they clean up all the things, one of the staff directly presented the bill to us and ask for we pay without double check or spilts bill. That’s so rude and definitely not the way how you treat the customers.Overall is good but the customer service skills seriously need to have a big improvement, or else there will no customers wants to come second time.

Highly recommend the Fried chicken.Very crowded inside with narrow path ways.Very crunchy skin and tender inside.Service was extremely fast, once ordered, got all of our meals within 2mins.Men's toilet needs maintenance.

Overall I enjoyed this place, it was a good place to introduce my friends to Korean cuisine. Both pancakes were excellent and so were the beef tartare. However, the sundae was almost inedible it had a strange metallic, old meat taste and the galbijjim was so sweet the sauce tasted of pure sugar. There’s so much on their menu perhaps I didn’t pick the right dishes- shame really!

Highly recommend booking your table if you decide to come here on a Friday/Saturday night. Great selection of Korean dishes (soups, noodles, bbq, fried chicken etc..). The BBQ is pricey and I wouldn't really come back for that alone but the main dishes here are delicious and the service is super speedy. The staff are attentive and efficient and made us feel very welcome. Parking on the side roads here is free after 6:30pm for those who will travel by car.

I've been to a lot of Korean restaurants in New Malden & by my standards - the food was okay, had a selection of starters, soups and rice dishes. Decent dishes for a restaurant in New Malden, but the prices were way too high. We were quite shocked when our bill came out. After being seated at 8.30pm, we were given the bill suddenly without us asking and still had lots of food on the table. They then kept trying to take dishes away while we were still eating, essentially rushing us through our meal. They brought us boxes to put the food away and wouldn't stop trying to tidy while we were still eating! And we were asked to leave at 10.45pm. We still had food & drink left. Never been basically ushered out of a restaurant before on a Friday night. It seemed like they just wanted to close before 11pm and clean up to leave. Whilst being bothered by the waiting staff so much on an already short evening we probably only had 20 minutes of peace? Will never come back here.

By the time we have arrived (around 09:30pm), they couldn’t let us do the BBQ self service. Which was the main reason we wanted to dine here.Other than than food and service was good. For the price its not the great but okayish. They have very less vegetarian optionsCan try once .

Absolutely amazing. Travelled from London to have a Korean meal and it’s absolutely worth it. Great great flavour and great price. Extremely busy. Run by Korean speaking women (some can speak Chinese too).We arrived at 5:40pm no queue but the queue started from 6 pm. Recommend to come early.Highchair is available but they are extremely busy so don’t expect a very nice service.

Absolutely enjoyed pretty much every meal and we ordered a lot. I'm not Korean 😊 but as a Nigerian, I felt comfortable with all the meals. Looked good, arrived swiftly, hot and tasted fantastic. The starters are amazing. The main dishes were also good. The barbecue was different. Different types of meat to choose from, some sweet, some regular, with sauces. The spicy/hot meals were not that hot and I'm not one to eat spicy that easily myself based on Nigerian standards.Paid Parking till 7pm is available but limited in front of the restaurant but if you drive an electric car there are two charging points close by, one at Esso is a walking distance (about 300 yards) so we parked there to charge our car while we ate at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We probably ordered too much food so it was good we could get packs to take the excess home.

Bit disappointed after travelling 1hr for this place.Ordered these dishes:- grilled meat (pork belly & marinated beef slice), the charcoal looks exciting but don’t think it made much difference to the taste because there’s a metal lid between them)- seafood pancake. Couldn’t find much if any real seafood in there, just some crab sticks.- army soup. Supposed to be a famous dish but the taste was kind of bland. Not worth £25Overall mediocre food and the price is not in anyway lower than central london (spent £76 for two)
