KFC Enfield Colliseum in Merton

Food is consistently bad. I come back after a few months thinking it might better but nope its just as terrible. Ive been to many KFC's but this one is way below average...

Great customer service at the drive thru BUT, the food was a disappointment. We had boneless banquet box - opened to find no popcorn chicken, 2 lots of fries, chicken strips were dry and / were half the size (cut in half were they?)- we haven’t eat from this KFC for 2 years as food quality was always poor or something had run out etc surprised it’s still open, explains why drive thru was empty..,,,…

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! Asked to change my order before I had to pay at the drive thru. The guy seemed annoyed that he had to take two steps to tell the kitchen.Got home and there was no burger buns with my burger. You could tell they threw the ingredients in the box in anger of the fact they had to do their job.My other meal, the bread was clearly squashed like someone punched the burger with their unclean hands. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Getting all your items tends to be a 50-50 shot. If you can, either don't go through the drive thru or at least take an extra minute to check all is there (a lesson I never seem to learn)

It's a shame I have to leave a star to make my review, this kfc branch is absolutely disgusting, they're serving stale food, 100 million percent not fresh at all, I would recommend that anyone that plans to go there DON'T! cause you will not get your moneys worth and you will be very DISAPPOINTED and may fall very sick!

Quality was pathetic, shame on you. Burger was upside down. Feels like the food stuff was made 4-5 hours ago and kept in a hot bag. Tastes like s***. Fries was black burnt. Chicken piece was overcooked. Cold as ice.

Had a little visit after a bodybuilding show and what a feast I enjoyed......triple chicken bucket......everything was cooked ro perfection.....the restaurant was clean and the service was great

Definitely loving this place at the moment. The foods definitely nice but service is slightly slow, but the staff are busy with Uber Eats so can't blame them. I wish I could go back today!

Slow...poor quality food...fillet burger dry...drink warm ..need a bit of quality controlUpdate..done a takeaway on 11th NovChicken burger dry...the chicken drumstip smelt off...really where is the quality?

Refried fillet burger ... really guys like customers won't notice .. kfc enfield get your act together !
