Krispy kreme new malden in Merton

Always a nice pit stop after a busy Sunday spent doing "Sunday stuff". Update 10.04.22 always good but some of the favourite flavour doughnuts had been taken off the menu, so..no more peanut butter and banoffe fillings..

So nice here. The service I received, the hot doughnuts and the environment. Parking was good late at night for me and the fact they have a drive through. Sweet

Staff are very pleasant. If you go late in the evening likely to have run out of your favourite donuts which will be the chocolate ones! Some people might find the drive thru window abit awkwardly placed but what can you do about that.. its all about the tasty donuts!

Busy venue that needs a bit more attention on the front of house/cleaning tables/emptying bins etc. Also didn't have ice cream of milkshakes which dramatically reduced the options/experience as was looking for donut and ice cream with the kids. Everything served in a box and really it's just a takeaway/pick up point. Shame really because with the production line visible and the size of the venue it could b a cool/nice donut experience. Product still really good of course

Everyday between 7pm and 10pm they have "hot time" where you can get freshly cooked doughnuts straight off the production line. They have a veiwing gallery or theatre where you can watch the doughnuts being made, which was great for the kids. The reason I dropped a star was because the tables were not cleaned well or promptly, however, the staff were nice. Parking available on site, although there isn't much parking there, probably enough for 15 or so cars. They have a selection of cold and hot drinks as well as ice creams.

The moment you enter the store you are greeted by the scent of freshly baked wonderful donuts. The whole process is extremely satisfying to see how the doughnuts are made. But more than anything else, the thing that makes everything worthwhile in this place is having those warm moist glazed lush donuts.10/10 would highly recommend to everyone who loves doughnuts and just enjoy sugary foods.

Rude costumer service,21:30 and all the shelves almost empty,they push you to buy Ready made packs,whick has 1 each type of dougnut,I doesnt wanna buy your ready pack as simply we are 3 people and want to chose the ones you are trying to PUSH ,simply I am not buying 3x 12 donuts !!! CASH not accepted,you can post that on google or on your entrance door ! And for final another rude man coming at 21:47 and tells you that they closing in 2 minutes ,super super negative experience !!!Avoid them ...

Check out Krispy Kreme Theatre when they are producing doughnuts. My kids absolutely loved it and were fascinated by seeing how doughnuts were made.

We bought three set. And they have combo set as well. If you buy donut 🍩 with hot drink 3.25 cold drink 4.25 They have freshly baked donut🤩 Available driving through and car parking!! ☕️ ☕️ enjoyed sweet time!!! 😁
