Wrong food labelling. I bought jamĂłn pata negra but is not jamĂłn is paletilla and is not pata negra is cebo.** Hi owner, the one I bought was the ÂŁ110/kg, it was labelled like "jamĂłn pata negra" Double check with your supplier or check yourself. Following the Spanish Department of Agriculture the label for pata negra must be black or red, for cebo must be white. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the original label but I am pretty sure was white.Anyway, as italian deli, the shop is amazing, specially the cannoli and marinated anchovies.

An overpriced stale sandwich! I got there about 12.30 and they had no bread left, they had 3 ready made sandwiches left so I got one and took it back to eat. The bread was dry and stale and there was no butter on one pieces of bread. The sandwiches were only half wrapped in paper so one end was really dry. Too late to go back and complain on my lunch break I made do. I won't be going here again. Artisan seems to mean "stale" in this place.

They actively prejudice against disability, they are unwelcoming and are happy to publicly embarrass a customer over a medical disability. Utterly disgusting ! Avoid !!

Lovely little deli. I have been going quite a bit since moving into the area to get my sugar hit. Neighbour tells me their breads are divine but I haven't tried yet but I recommend all the sweet treats. Also very good for for take away lunch options.

La Bottega del Pane is so much more than its name suggests. The bread, cakes, pastries, chocolates, ice-cream and meals made by Rocco and his team are all of the highest quality and it’s a café as well as a deli. The counter staff are helpful and friendly and happy to explain what has gone into the various dishes. I’ve been a regular customer since soon after La Bottega del Pane opened and it’s no exaggeration to say that this establishment greatly adds to the quality of life in SW19.

The fact this place has patisserie on the shop name is a joke. Today i bought 2 cakes and the women said they was "lightly" frozen. 3 hours later they was still frozen rock solid. Lost all flavour and completely ruined and soggy. Ive eaten here for numerous years but yet quality is going downhill from what it once was.. the ladys inside are also very miserable and unenthusiastic. PLEASE IMPROVE TO YOUR OLD STANDARDS

Was just brought home some cannolli from my mother and a friend. Cut into them to eat and there was a hair embedded inside the ricotta cream. Disgusting! Also I was told that there were pastries exposed close to and outside the toilet door. Finally, lemon was brought to the table to put inside the tea. Half a lemon was brought for a small cup. My friend asked for it to be taken away to cut into a smaller piece and instead of taking away on a serving plate with the lemon on it, she took the lemon from the plate with her bare hands to go and cut it. That's just not on.Update to reply. I was not in the shop but my mother was. She told me everything that happened. The pastries were behind the vintage wooden table near the toilet. The lady DID take the lemon with her hands. She was dressed in black, dark hair tied up and had glasses. My mother was there with a male friend. I find it insulting that you are saying she is a liar.

I come here to get my fix on authentic Italian food. It not a big place but you can get most of the common Italian food stuff. It's an independent shop, so it is not cheap. I really like their pesto and buy it to go with my trofie, when I can get it. Their cannoli are lovely, too, as an occasional treat. The range of cheeses and cold meat is decent.

Lovely cosy cafe full of spirit and with vibrant atmosphere in walking distance from South Wimbledon station. The coffee served is of great quality, and variety of sweets leaves big impression as you are not expecting this.Very clean and nice looking, friendly and helpful staff. Also you can order hand made cakes there for your special occasions.
