Leather Bottle in Merton

The chicken wrap very average but have had better food here in the past, it's good 'pub grub' at a reasonable price. Miss the pool tables - so much space perhaps you could bring one back!? Toilets have improved since the refurb (have been going to this pub for 18 years!)

Basic but well done pub grub and very nice staff in a light and airy pub. Interior lacking a bit of character but still a pleasant enough place for a lunchtime break.

Lunch at the Leather Bottle was great. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. The place is super cute and clean. A big plus, they’re pet-friendly.

Went there for lunch with some old friends and I must say that the food, I had gammon steak with egg, pineapple, chips and peas was, without doubt, the best I have ever tasted in my 75 years on this planet. It was outstanding, piping hot, served promptly by very attentive charming young ladies who are a credit to their profession, and I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Well done The Leather Bottle.

Met some friends here for lunch today. I can say, Aidan and his team are fantastic. Food was ordered shortly after, arrived and was hot and bloody lovely. Thank you for making our Christmas catch up lovely. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO AIDAN AND HIS TEAM.

One of the best pubs I’ve been in.The food looks and tastes delicious, the restaurant is clean and obviously well kept. The Halloween decoration are amazing! They have different social events scattered throughout the month. Karaoke night is always a blast! They’re dog friendly too, which is definitely a bonus. Definitely my favourite locals. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Gathered here to celebrate my wifes birthday on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of choice on both the food and drinks menus. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We had plenty of room as it was not too busy. Really enjoyed our time here and would recommend that, you get on down here yourself and give it a try.

Nice local pub with decent food and an excellent outdoor seating area. The app is easy to navigate and the food arrived fairly promptly. Their indoor atmosphere was somewhat stuffy - could do with more ventilation, yes, bring in more fresh air. After our meal we went into the beer garden, so nice we stayed for another round of drinks! We will do al fresco dining the next time we visit.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish.Bob, being the star of the show ⭐️Table service was exceptional- Attentive, polite and considered every need and meet to high standards. We didn’t have any cash tip sadly we told him, to his reply - Not to worry and do come back next time as away to say thank you. What a sweet natured lad. Excelled your job expectations.Gemma and Family. X

Although it wasn't as busy as it usually is, there was enough of an atmosphere to feel comfortable. Ordering food and drink was done on an app, but staff were willing to help if you got stuck!
