Miller & Carter Mitcham in Merton

This was the 1st time mine and my best friend's mum had been M&C... they both really enjoyed.Our waitress was excellent and very informative. The nachos with the beef were AMAZING.We've already planned to come back next week.

Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere.Waitress Isabelle was fantastic and made sure that everything was okay with our food and drinks, and checked if we needed anything else. Always smiling and helped with making recommendations. Lovely young lady, please make sure she is thanked.New items on the menu are fabulous.

We were there for Saturday lunch. We were seated promptly and the order was taken in a timely manner. Nachos sharing bowl was delicious. The mains :Hake was nice and well presented. However one of the 50 Day Aged Black Angus Sirloin steaks was slightly tougher than the other and what (I thought) sirloin steak should be. Overall, it was nice, yummy desserts, good wine list and plenty of room around our table.

A very pleasant atmosphere in a great location. Great quality food with good portion sizes. Staff could have been more attentive. Had to remind the staff about two orders one of which was my deserts which was never placed and a poor excuse given for this. The manager did offer them on the house but I was already quite disappointed and so declined. But all in all a good lunch.

This is a fabulous steak house and I have eaten here quite a few times. The staff are very polite and serve quickly. I will be back for sure.

Perfect date night. Superb steak with every single trimming you can imagine - lettuce wedge with blue cheese and Stilton works so well - who knew?! As well as the food being so delicious, the service was some of the best we have ever experienced. Emily is a joy - attentive, smiling and delivers A1 service. Well done to you and the team. It's difficult to find a good steak place and I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I choose the 50 day aged sirloin and it was very well cooked and seasoned. Starters, sides and desserts were very good too. Our waitress was friendly and very tentative.

We visited on a Sunday lunchtime - it was maybe half full including couples and families. The wait staff were very attentive and the service swift. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The menus are quite extensive including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Lots of different drinks too including alcohol free. The food was delicious - we both had 3 courses. I had the prawn and crayfish cocktail, the ribeye steak and the vegan fruit crumble. My husband had the cheesy mushrooms All, fillet mignon and Eton mess. All excellent. The steak was so tender and perfectly cooked. The beef dripping sauce was amazing. For the quality it was reasonably priced too - we paid just over £100 for 3 courses each, several drinks and we chose premium steak - there were cheaper options. Definitely very happy with the whole experience and can't wait to go back!

We had lunch yesterday and twinned with the lovely and hard working waitress we had a very nice time. I had handmade cod and chips and the missus and the boy had chicken dishes. We gave a £5 tip but wish we could give more. Worth a try folks
