Nice restaurant. Good food. Had a great experience here, only issue I can think of is that the frozen yoghurt machine was not working on the day we went. Otherwise all good.

Great nandos experience. They have all the sauces that a normal nandos would have, lots of seating and a nice atmosphere. The staff there are helpful and friendly too. Great experience and no issues at all.

We see the chicken quality start to go downhill unfortunately. Least when eating in the actual restaurant. Seems dry and hard the quarters, halves. I prefer to think it was overcooked but didn't seem cooked from raw as I'm used to at this branch

The service was terrible. Today was my kid's birthday. We got served the first time 10m after sitting at the table, but the order was wrong and then we patiently waited almost an hour and half to get our actual order, after I went to the counter for the second time... No apology no anything... Just "oh the chicken is in the oven." And 30m after "oh there's a waiting list..." , Sure there is but not this long and keep in mind the restaurant was almost empty .The manager came to the table to deliver the food and the only thing that came out of his mouth was "oh the plate is so hot"...What a joke! We will never visit this Nando's again.Terrible service .

Late every time. I usually order on the app for collection and select a time. Whenever I turn up they are never ready and usually 10-15 mins late. Never apologise for the poor service and half the food is cold by the time I get home.

We ate here on Friday night, and it was great service from the staff. I have multiple food allergies (including wheat and dairy) so I have to be super careful with what I eat and how it is prepared.When I came in I spoke with the manager (I believe his name was Massey) who was super helpful and informative, and showed me a PDF that all the restaurants use which shows ingredients for each item and after taking my order he went through and made sure it was all safe for me to eat.He also confirmed that the kitchen staff would be preparing my food in a seperate area and would clean the utensils before they were used on my food.The food itself was super tasty and I would happily eat here again as I felt super looked after by the staff.

Great experience visiting the restaurant for the first time since covid started. The young lady welcomed me and my family at the entrance and assisted us with everything needed. Thanks for your brilliant customer service😊
