Nando's - Wimbledon in Merton

The chicken was very dry and hard. Very tough and chewy.The boneless portions were laughably small. A third of the size of the regular (bone-in) chicken pieces while being more expensive. Handling the chicken to remove the bones isn't meant shrink the portion sizes by that much.I wouldn't have minded the increased price if the photo on the menu wasn't so misleading, showing full sized boneless thighs and breast. Avoid.

Good food... if you manage to get in! In the past few months, every time I went to this Nando's, waiting times were horrendous, tables were fully booked or they were so short stafffed that they weren't taking any orders. Even takeaway orders take ages and expect missing items in your bag. Management seems to have lost the plot with this location.

I went there for some lunch with my mum and brother. You could only order on your phone and were not allowed to go up to the till. That was annoying. When we recived our food it was cold. I asked a member of staff for a vinegar sachet and the staff was a bit grumpy. When my brother went to eat the corn on the cob it was rock hard. Only giving it a 1 star as the cleaning system was good. After the previous people had used the table it was sanitised straight away. Hope this helps

Awful service, wouldn’t allow us to order from the til, if it’s a Covid thing it’s completely illogical considering you have to get up and do your own drinks. I had finished my meal by the time my colleagues arrived. (Food was decent otherwise I would give 1 star)

Not the best Nando's as was rammed in downstairs. Virtually sat with the next table - on either side ( good job they kept their elbows in!!). Food usual standard Disappointing wine choice tbh. Hence 3 star for this place. Been to much better

I went in there for a quick bite to eat.. I wanted to have only one chicken piece in the potter bread and they couldn't replace the chicken piece with a slice of pineapple because they had no pineapple to serve. I walked pit and went somewhere else.

I visited this branch the other day and I received outstanding service from 3 of your workers.It was my first time coming to nandos and they gave me a warm welcome and made me feel at ease.The service was quick and efficient!I’d definitely be coming back to this branch again and recommending it to family and friends!

The food was good as usual but the staff stood out for me in this branch. My niece had celiac disease and was able to eat without worrying about contamination.The staff was so helpful and friendly we will be back for sure!

Food was okay and staff was a little bit friendly. Did not come to check on me to see how the food was. Just asked if they could clear the table while I sat there. Also the menu is misleading with the price of the bottomless coke at £3.25. Got charged £3.45. Please update your menu pricing to show bottomless Coca-Cola is £3.45. (Sugar tax). Customers appreciate it when you are more transparent.

Exceptional service, tasty food as usual, great views, happy to be eating inside again on such a wet/sunny day. Thank you for looking after us. X
