Pizza Hut in Merton

I was celebrating my son's birthday with his friends. The food was good, nice options. There was enough space and everyone had a good time.If you looking to host a party for kids, this is a great option.

We had a lovely afternoon when having lunch at Pizza Hut the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was fresh and hot when it arrived at the table. I will definitely recommend pizza lovers to eat here. Enjoy your meals.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The waitresses are lovely and kind. However the food was absolutely terrible. I ordered a vegan Margherita pizza and the vegan cheese was beyond burnt. To make matters worse, I then ended up having FOOD POISONING from this and was ill for 4 days straight. Will definitely not be going to this place again, it’s such a shame because the waitresses are so so so kind and lovely.

Right so I went to Pizza Hut in Colliers Wood and I was so disgruntled by the fact that they had NO STRAWBERRY SAUCE at the icecream factory. This is absolutely unacceptable! Why is there only chocolate and dirty salted caramel sauce (which was painstakingly sticky) to choose from. I demand that strawberry sauce is made available upon king Shocking T’s arrival next time.

Worst Pizza Hut i’ve ever been too, poor service especially the manager Anne/Anna and one of her weird staff members that kept unnecessarily coming to our table and saying weird uncomfortable jokes(do not know his name but he was a East asian man). Saying weird toilet jokes to my father and bothering us again and again even though we really didn’t need his help, acts like he’s a supervisor when he’s not. Apparently saying that we cannot share our drinks despite there being no rule and felt like i was in school, even though there was no such policy regarding this as i’ve been going pizza hut for years. Trying to make us pay £3.25 for a 330ml pepsi and telling us we cannot share, unwelcoming and very disrespectful manager. Would definitely not recommend its always empty for a reason, also when we asked for a refund she initially refused even though we did not eat any of the food as we were so appalled by the poor service as she said thats the ‘policy’ however we managed to get our refund back, will definitely not be going back, ridiculous prices and extremely poor customer service. Felt insulted and wasted my time, i advice the hierachy of the store to take action against the manager and the worker.

Great family friendly place. Place was clean and had a nice environment. Took my kid for a buffet and he loved it there. Nice polite friendly staff waiting for you. Would defo recommend anyone coming here for a nice lunch or dinner. We will come back again for sure.

The pizza at this restaurant is soft and sloppy, which really isn't my preference. When I asked for an amendment or refund they refused, so wasn't too happy about that either. I wouldn't return, as the staff weren't accommodating, and I generally felt it was a waste of money, as I didn't enjoy the food. I would give no stars if I could

Family friendly and good service, the food will be served to your table after you confirm ypu order online. We didn't enjoy the vegeterian salami that much but the pizza was tasty, espicially the stuffed crust.

I ordered the vegan deal for one which was about £20 with 15% discount on Deliveroo. This includes vegan: pepperoni pizza(with stuffed crust), nuggets and cheesecake. All was delicious but the pizza was rather small. I didn't expect it to be that small. Paying a regular price for that pizza size seems pricey to me. Also, it was an eat-in to help out day, yet I didn't get extra discount (even though I applied the code), so maybe it doesn't work on promotions. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the order, arrived really quick too but I wouldn't pay regular price for all that, as even with the discount, it seems costly.
