It is a small soft play area, but absolutely enough for a party gathering. I would advise you to check on your young kids as the stairs leading from the function room upstairs are rather steep. Toilet amenities are kept clean, the selection of food is rather wide.

Today was the first time we visited Rainbow Soft Play and Cafe. The indoor area has plenty of space and all the kids were very well looked after by their parents. Most of the parents were happy to climb and play with their little ones and that still didn’t make us feel the place would be crowded. The team is very polite and friendly.Coffee is delicious, and the food looked yummy too. I’m sure we will try something from the menu next time :)My daughter had fabulous time, just as my husband and I. We all really enjoyed spending 2 hours in the soft play area and we can’t wait to return! :)

Terrible service. Never booked the birthday package but my cousin celebrated her daughters 1st birthday there. She had her own cake etc. Simple let the kids play and then sing happy bday cut the cake and leave. We was told we are not allowed to sing happy birthday or cut any cake if we haven't booked the birthday package. Then was told that we must all sit down as if we was some kids being told off at school. After getting ready an packing up bare in mind we have at least 99 children with us an 4 babies. They came over to us and said we need to hurry up an leave, rushing us out the place. Coming over to us and telling us to be quick. The customer service is horrible and the staff are so unprofessional and speak very badly to people that come to there venue and spend money, it was very disgusting especially from a particular staff member. I wouldn't go back or recommend any of my friends and family to go there.Very disappointing as a whole.

I thought it would be good and big play area for kids as seen in pictures but i was very disappointed and my kids were upset when i visited. Play area is very small and they do rainbow in summer only. I would say its only good for small babies. I would also say it does not worth £6.50 for each child while they cannot enjoy enough at such a small and tight place. I would never like to visit this place again.

I really appreciate this place. It's very convenient for me to take my three girls and know that they're in a safe space, where they can run around freely and I can keep my eye on them. Unlike some other soft plays, it's really easy to locate your children in this one as it's not vast. It's a good size though. The indoors is bright, airy and clean and there is a good selection of food in the cafe. The portion sizes are big, and when something hasn't been quite right with my food or drink before, the staff have always been quick to put it right. They have recently started adding broccoli and cucumber strips to the kids meals which I was pleased to see.I must say that I tend to go during quieter times (during the week) which I much prefer to the weekends. The times I have been it's been absolutely fine to stay for longer that your allotted time slot - as it's not been too busy. I know at the weekends it's very popular though and pre-booking is essential. The management here clearly care on making this business a success and something the parenting community can enjoy when they want to let the kids run around indoors.

I agree with everyone that has commented on the lack of firm presence from the staff when it comes to keeping children safe here. I spent the whole time trying to keep my two year old safe when kids years older than her and far bigger were running amok in the toddler area. Most of the other parents didn’t seem bothered at all, and given that two of them were shouting and swearing at one another by the time I left, I can appreciate the idea of confronting them may be daunting! However, some more proactive authority from staff is essential to making this place feel safer. Ditto on the face masks, am I missing something, aren’t we coming out of a pandemic?! Why was I one of the few people wearing one?!

Has 3 areas for children (0-2, 0-4, 5-11). There's an online booking system with a 2 hour time limit for visits. Children enjoy the areas so much. They sell food there for all ages, both hot and cold. I haven't had the chance to hire for birthdays but it looks like a good place to celebrate the little one's special day. A bit of a shame that sometimes parents with older children allow them to go into the younger areas so they are likely to bump into the smaller kids and hurt them.

Extremely small place for children to play. The resting and cafe area is twice as large as the playing area! Also in the outbreak of Coronavirus, almost 80% of adults were not wearing face covering, and the staff did not look that bothered about it. Definitely not come back, and would not recommend this place if the health and well-being of your child and your family matter to you.

By far the best soft play in North London, my daughter had the best time causing havoc & making friends with a mischievous smile on her face 😅This place offers large indoor play areas for children of all ages, with plenty of seating/tables for adults & high chairs for babies. The cafe serves a lovely Cappuccino among loads of other food, drinks & snacks. The customer service was brilliant from all members of staff, thank you! 😊5* Would recommend as the best soft play, from me & my daughters overall experience 👍🏼

Travelled from far to come to rainbow soft play and cafe because it was praised by a friend. The weather wasn't great so there was nothing outdoors and felt slightly underwhelming for the kids as it was quite small compared to other soft play we've taken the kids to. It's very highly priced and the food wasn't child friendly. I think if it's in your locale then yes it is the best to take your kids to. But if you can travel somewhere else then I'd advise trying somewhere else.
