Absolutely disgusting customer service I rang back because they forgot something in my order then tried to accuse me of lying. When the delivery driver returned he again shouted at me and accused me of lying saying it would be my last order. I will never order from them again anyway

Casual dining with good food, friendly staff and reasonably priced.

The food here is excellent and the real deal.. I have had meals from here for several years both in the restaurant and as a take away. The staff are always helpful and friendly too.

Very friendly atmosphere and the staff are very attentive. Ive been going there for years. Service is very professional but it has a homely atmosphere. There are lots of different dishes that you can choose from. You can also ask them to adjust how spicey the dish is.

I have been coming to and ordering from this family run Curry House for years. It's always hot, tasty and served with smiles and care. I'm not a hot curry nut and always have the Bhoona Pilau Rice and Garlic Nan. It's a winner every single time. Consistent and fabulous time after time.

This restaurant used to be our go to for place for takeaways. We have been ordering from the Spice of Raj for over 2 years and when we started ordering, the food was amazing and the staff were friendly.However over this time the food as gradually become worse and every now and again we received the wrong orders.Yesterday evening we ordered from Uber Eats. The food came cold, my wife got a different curry to the one she ordered and we were not happy, I called up the restaurant to complain, which is something I never do. The staff were very rude and didn't want to talk with us he informed me that their curry is never cold when delivered, he also told me that he was very busy and didn't have time to correct the order we paid for.We have also noticed that this restaurant has been charging a 10% service fee for a takeaway, which is ridiculous as no table service is provided and clearly the service has gone down hill.My wife has woken up this morning and feels very ill due to the food.We will definitely not be ordering from the Spice of Raj again.

Not had a bad meal here yet, that's over a year now. Very friendly staff and great food.

My wife and I visited on 04/02/20 for a simple meal before returning to Cornwall the following day. It was the closest to the Premier Inn ( good place that). I wasn't expecting anything fancy for either the price or location. What a lovely little place. Very friendly staff, clean and cosey. The food was straightforward, satisfying and cheap. Good luck to them, they deserve to do well.

We get takeaway from here and have done for some time. Some of the food is spot on, really tasty and good consistency. Equally there are a few (just a few) that they never seem to get right and are too watery and just not great dishes. Still a good takeaway!
