Star Kebab & Pizza in Merton

Used this place many times over the years, usually good and tasty however sometimes dry and taste like paper. One of the best kebab in the area if you lucky enough to get fresh meat. I would be more than happy to give 5 stars but you need to improve your service.

Very bad service and food. Disrespectful. Order took 1h30m to arrive. It was all cold and soggy. I advise to not order from here.

Always fresh and tasty, but in busy time a lot of mistakes when ordering.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for my order. Called several times to which he claimed the driver was on the way. He then questioned why I ordered from there as it’s 2 miles away before hanging up without any confirmation as to whether it was even on its way. Disgusting customer service and I’ll be sure to never order from there again whilst doing my best to destroy their reputation.. which won’t be hard looking at the below reviews.

Good food, but they dont inform you when it running late. 90 min wait so far tonight!! and when i called them they didnt seem to be bothered

I have ordered via the app but collected myself. I've tried chicken doner kebab and it's absolutely legendary.There is very nice chatty staff always willing to help. They gave me some extra sauces for free to try.I will definitely try again.

Won’t be ordering form here again or using their app.Can’t amend your order and there is no cancel feature, infact there’s no features on it which is rubbish.Forgot the salad.Driver was late and couldn’t find our house despite the door number being clearly visible. He Also gave us the wrong order!l so he had to come back and give us our order which was also missing items as I said above.

Hubby ordered two Donner kebabs with mixed meat and salad. Huge portions, well seasoned, couldn't finish which means tomorrow's lunch is sorted. Friendly delivery guy. Will order again! Thank you

So first the order took 2hrs!! As i was told they ran out of kebab. Nice to know. When the driver was outside I asked for some sort of refund as some of the food was for my son who was in bed by the time it arrived. They said no and then told the driver not to give us the food!! He was right outside my house! So i called him and asked for my food by which point the driver had driven off down my road. As i watched the driver got out the car had a wee in a bush then returned to deliver my food (all while i am still on my door step waiting as came out when he first arrived) once the food was finally delivered it was cold and a part missing! Even the driver said your food is proberly cold. Shockingly bad service! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Was then refused a refund and the food went in the bin as did not fancy cold pee flavoured food!!
