Total rip off. Tiny portions food not even half as good as it should be. Cheap ingredients poor quality. Save your money. Sick of getting ripped off all the time by these snake companies selling sub quality products. They also pay their staff very badly surprise surprise.

Overpriced and inauthentic. The ingredients are of good quality, but this is not even close to real Chinese food. It's laughable, the menu has 辣子鸡 (Chongqing spicy chicken) listed as from Shanghai. Furthermore they say it is spicy and yet it has no numbing peppers - same for mapuo dofu. English people with more money than taste may like this food, but I feel cheated having paid top money for what I hoped was authentic cuisine.

Love the chicken chow mein. Always tasty and hot

We made a pretty standard crispy beef and sweet and sour chicken order and it was the best local one I've had. The beef was well fried and the sauce was light and tasty, same for the chicken. The egg fried rice was was well cooked

Terrible customer service - after over an hour waiting for our food, our order was cancelled without been given any reason (ordered via Deliveroo).

Tasty and authentic takeaway, probably one of the best Chinese takeaway in London! Can taste they were using good food source and justifying the price.Staff is also very friendly, patiently explaining the order may take longer than usual as they were very busy that day. Told me it will be 8pm but everything is ready by 755pm.

Kung po chicken tasted like the chicken had been sat all day and meat very stringy. Satay chicken had zero flavour.Yeung Chow Fried Rice was okay

Unfortunately, The Good Earth which has always been our favourite family takeaway, has really become poor in quality, quantity and service. Our food was dry and you could tell that it was all made with the cheapest ingredients, which is very disappointing considering the price we had to pay for just a few meals. The cut cucumbers with the duck were old and definitely not fresh as well as the vegetables in all of our dishes. The noodles were sour and the service was a little slow and choppy which is ok because I can imagine it was quite busy, however an error was made in our order which led our dinner to be cold and delayed due to the mistake. For the sake of the shop, which was once a delicious Chinese takeaway, I hope that they will take some time to serve their customers some decent, fresh and good quality food (which measures up to their very high prices) and regain what sadly seems to have been lost.Thank you very much.

After using this takeaway several times we ordered a Chow Mein last night and horrified to receive an uncooked meal! All for the reasonable price of £11.90! You'd hope for that price it would at least have cooked noodles/meat!
