Good location: on Wimbledon high street. Parking available nearby. Staff were helpful. The letdown really was the food. It was ok, nice, not great. If anyone if your group has an allergy, the manager can provide solutions and food choices. Toilets are available near the entrance. There are steps further into the restaurant. Probably won't visit again as there are alternatives to Asian cuisine available in Wimbledon.

I went to the Wimbledon branch. I ordered a beef teriyaki sauce and instead of noodles, I asked for rice and they were very good at making sure I would have it. The vegetables and the beef was really tasty. The boiled rice as a bit hard to get into the sauce, was like one block of rice but once I did that in small portions of rice, they mixed really well and everything came up nicely.

I’ve been to this Wagamamas for many years and the quality of the food has always remained consistent. Food is always quick to arrive and is tasty. The Katsu curry is decent, although probably not the best Katsu curry I’ve had. The amount of Katsu sauce is not always enough so I’m sometimes request extra Katsu sauce.

Really friendly staff, even though they were very busy, ensured we had a seating area with sufficient space for all of our stuff and ensured we were were looked after! Great meal and great experience - see you again soon.

I love Wagamama but lately the standards have dropped and I want to feed back to save them! The food was not very warm as the plates were cold. The deserts are not good! They come across as mean and as if they (and they probably are), taken straight out of the freezer. Please improve and come back to how things were! Thanks!

Having dined here quite a few times, it's sad to say that food quality has gone downhill. To be specific, portion is smaller, ingredients are replaced with cheaper alternative. I had probably the worst bowl of ramen on Sunday. Absolutely no flavour. The prawn lollipop suffers the same fate with no sweet glaze, they didn't even bother grilling the lime. People who are familiar with Wagamama know what I am talking about. Safe to say I won't be coming back in a long time.

Great place and altered the spicy duck thing for me because I'm not a fan of spice and the meal was lovely would recommend

Happened few week ago when I ate there with my family and sadly I find the service very wrong and not polite from the manager when I raised concerns. By the way she was wearing black shirt and had brown hair. Also I heard a chef screaming loudly and swearing from the open kitchen. Food arrived late and cold. Doesn’t worth a penny, in many other places I can have the same average food, maybe even on time and warm. Never go back again ever.

Atmospheric, trendy and clean environment. Great for family and friends gatherings. Decent selection of pan Asian food; reasonably priced and very tasty. Children's menu overpriced compared to adults menu when comparing portion sizes. Otherwise very pleasant experience, enhanced by knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Always a pleasant experience at Wagamama. We had a wonderful waitress who suggested the perfect dishes for us. We've been to multiple Wagamama outlets and are yet to be disappointed. The beers are a bit costly specially if you have the big bottles. Overall a very good dining experience.
