The food is brought mostly frozen from hoo hing the local Asian cash and carry so don't expect authentic fresh Asian flavours.

I tried to leave a review on Just Eat, but couldn't find a way to do it, so leaving here. The food was lovely, so delicious, hot and fresh. I wish I could order directly for delivery as am reliant on the food delivery apps, which do not provide the information. My food was delivered on time, but I think this was all due to the restaurant as Just Eat did not follow up with me. Definitely ordering from Xu Sheng again, but maybe will collect as I don't trust Just Eat. Delicious, hot and generous portions!

Best chinese ever. These other reviewers are mad or judging a delivery service instead of food. Saying that though never had an issue with delivery either arrives piping hot, fresh and soo tasty. Sadly left the area and miss this place so much

This food hit the spot, with great portion sizes and quick delivery time this Chinese takeaway met my standards, I have eaten here a few times and the quality hasn't changed 100% would recommend.

Food was good and arrived quickly. 3 stars is generous as missed food from our order, called them and said would be with us within 30 mins. Hours later - nothing! Sorry wont use you again.

Me and my friend ordered from here. Service is horrible, workers are rude. After not receiving food for 2 hours, I tried to cancel numerous times and the man over the phone refused to cancel or give me back my money and rudely hung up. The driver finally left the place restaurant to deliver the food and got lost about 3 times and failed to communicate with me properly. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered food online from this place. The website said they were open. They took payment for the food. The food never came. Drove down to the restaurant to find they were closed. Great. Now I'm having to wait an hour in another Chinese restaurant for my food while I write this review and try to get my money back. Never order from this place online.

This is a Chinese takeaway with some chairs to sit in. Price and quality of food is very reasonable. Free delivery over £10.00 cash only. Delicious Noddles, good value for money. Good customer service.

Food delivered quickly and pleasantly. However, when I ordered crispy aromatic duck it turned up so hard I hardly had any meat I could eat from it and the pancakes were a little brittle and all stuck together. The rest of the food was nice.I phoned to let them know about the duck, there was no mention of a discount if ordering with them again, just a sorry and I’ll talk to the chef so it doesn’t happen again.As the duck is one of the most expensive items on the menu I think more than a quick sorry should have been offered.

2 hours we waited for the food Friday night. I thought a 1 hour estimated delivery time was a bit much, after an hour and 15 mins I called the restaurant to be told "driver on way, very busy tonight". I live 2 miles away from Mitcham, no way did it take him 45 minutes to drive 2 miles! When the food got here, chicken satay were nice, but house chow mein was swimming in oil, and there was no egg to be found in the egg fried rice. Save your hard earned money and look in your kitchen cupboards, cos this place is a joke
