Excellent Food, would definitely recommend the Farrouj Meshwi, with some carrot juice and the crispy fries and soft Lebanese bread goes a long way and makes all the difference. You will leave this place smiling and excited for the day.

Unfortunately out experience was terrible. Service from staff appalling. Once ordered food water or any drinks were not offered. Food was barely average. So save your money and go somewhere else and have a better experience.

The food was ok.. the service was poorly we were sat near a fire exit, it was cold and staff members were using this door to smoke outside. We were ignored by members of staff as they thought taking our order was degrading. The chap with the rolex on was very arrogant! 3 stars for the food only and random charges on the bill. Be wary if the service was good I do not mind paying the extra service charge.

First time I went there today, it was great. Very friendly staffs, great service, food portions were good. It's a bit on the pricey side as all the main dishes do not come with rice or fries so that I would like the owners to look into as most restaurants their main courses come with rice or fries. Also they don't serve alcohol Alhamdulillah, very rare to find such places nowadays. Overall very good experience 👍🏻

We had already booked somewhere further into London and thought this looked great so cancelled.Food was fresh and tasty, the team were very friendly and food was cooked quickly. Great meal, good value especially for London and will quite happily recommend to anyone else staying at the Novotel as it's just a couple of minutes away.Thanks guys 👍🏻

Amazing food! We got the dinner for two, to try it all. Everything was fresh and expertly cooked, despite being busy on a Saturday. Bring your own bottle of wine, they provide glasses!

This restaurant was by far the worst middle eastern restaurant we have ever been to. As a middle eastern I am dissapointed and embarrassed by the quality of their food and customer service in relation to the extremely inflated and unreasonable pricing. Customer service was absaloutly horrible no one asked us if we wanted any drinks upon seating ect, had to wait more than half an hour for the starters and still no drinks even after the starters had arrived, not even water. The starters were good however one of the waiters with glasses and a black t-shirt was very unproffessional and condescending. Whilst we were eating the starter he saw fit to remind us that this was "just the stater" as if to say that we had never been to a restaurant and that we were eating too much. The wait between the starter and the main was astronomical, I could have finished my dissertation in the time we had waited. It was clear that seeing as our appearance comes across as quite young (although two of us are adults), they would not take us seriously and frankly we felt disrespected and taken advantage of. I'm almost completely sure that the price we paid and the food given didn't match up. The servers had told us that they were only serving the set menu however every table around us that had arrived after was given a menu which is substantially cheaper. The main portion size for three people was a single medium sized plate of meat (as seen in the image below). If it had been three grown men it would definitely not have been acceptable at all. I was in such shock I had to double check that all the food had indeed arrived. They did not even bring any bread to eat with the meat. They were not honest at all. The meat itself was below average, not fresh (the chicken), and flavour less. To top it all the Baclava was stale, old, and hard as a rock. I would NOT reccomend this restuarant to my worst enemy. All in all, we paid a little less than £100 for the three os us. I never ever write reviews but I feel so deeply offended and disrespected that I felt it was absolutely necessary to warn others.

Very delicious food. I had lamb ribs and my son had the mixed grill. Both were very fresh and cooked to perfection. It was so good we ate there 2 days in a row!! Would definitely recommend the food.
