Bella Italia, Beckton in Newham

Decided to visit this lovely, large restaurant on Saturday evening with my friend. We arrived about 7pm and placed an order quiet quickly... we were both starving and we kind of knew what we wanted. Sadly it wasn't a great start to our experience... not only the restaurant was super loud due to some clowns upstairs almost destroying the restaurant, we had to wait over an hour for our food (for the same reason, this large party upstairs) and my dish was luke warm. This could have been because my friend had a lasagna and came very hot by default.However, the way the waiter and manager treated us was top notch! And for those reasons I gave it 4 stars and I would totally recommend this place to families, couples and groups. They truly understand the meaning of customer service, people skills and keeping customers happy. I will definitely come back again!!

Food was incredible! Lady at the front who gave us our table she was always on her phone having her own conversation. The chef put the food out and she was too busy on her phone to notice the food was sitting there waiting to be sent off.

Bad experience. The waitress didn't know much about the menu, bottle of Corona came with a bottle stopper like lime rather than a slice. I definitely prefer starters in other places than this. Would never go back to this Bella Italia ever again. Been to others they had much better menu and ambiance

Visited Bella Italia today and had a wonderful time! I really enjoyed getting few cocktails and having some really nice pasta. But what made my visit even better was the exceptional customer service from Renata. She did a great job explaining me the menu (Italian food is fairly new to me) and considered my allergies! It’s really rare to find good customer service these days but I must say that she absolutely exceeded it! 5/5 will return again! Ciao!

I'm a regular at this place. Food is as amazing as always. Manager provides top notch customer service and is quick to resolve any issues going above and beyond what is needed. There's also an amazing waitress there that literally remembers to ask me if I'd like to add my blue light card/discount before getting the bill because sometimes I forget until I'm handed the bill. It really adds the personal touch when they remember you. 5/5

Ordered two Pizza and lasagne the Pizza wasn’t cooked properly it was dry. The lady manager over there was very rude. When we went to the restaurant she was acting like we’re not customers being rude and racist. Never going again.

Amazing staff, came in for late dinner with my family, 8 min for the kitchen to close and they allowed us in without having to given reasons. Brilliant customer service..Florian was friendly, my kids like him as he was very polite and funny.Will be visiting again, very soon.

I ordered through Deliveroo under their Pinsa Pizza name and I was so impressed! A lot of care went into packing my items and the rectangular pizzas came in perfect conditions inside their designated, beautiful rectangular pizza packaging. The sides also came in cute boxes that snugly fit the portion of the food. Thank you so much for making the fries perfectly golden and crispy as well as delightfully tender inside. My order took under 34 minutes to reach me and that includes production AND delivery. Extremely satisfied with this experience. I ordered between 2 and 3 PM on a Thursday :)

Lovely food. Service was okay. The 1st lady who served us wasn't very welcoming and came across quite cold towards us. When we asked if they accept tesco voucher the lady(not sure if she is the manager, blonde hair and tied back with eastern european accent). No smile or greeting when we walked in so straight away I was not very impressed and they were so quite at the time! I have worked in luxury customer service/retail industry and I believe it is very important to be welcoming and to smile, say hello, greet your customers and let them know you are there to help. 1st impression makes a huge difference on your experience. We didn't really get this when we walked in, sat down and ordered our food. The second younger lady, longer hair who took over the other lady was more friendlier and more approachable. Other than that, the food was delicious and we can't complain about that!
